We loved this cozy cabin, which had such a lovely view and natural light! It was also a nice surprise to be able to explore the host's land/farm. The location felt like we were far removed, yet it was still close to the town with everything we needed.
We love staying at this tiny house. It’s always clean and has an amazing mountain view. The host is always easy to contact and answers our questions with in a few minutes
Perfect location for tubing in Todd & Jefferson as well as cultural events in Boone. The views are spectacular and very quiet and peaceful. We can’t wait to come back for another visit! THANK YOU!
The cabin was perfect in every way and we had a great time exploring the surrounding sights! There is no hair dryer (unless I missed it) so pack yours. Also, if you like a heavy blanket to sleep under, bring one (not a criticism, just informational, I like a cold room and a heavy blanket and I forgot to bring mine). We used the fire pit and had a lovely evening, watching the sun set and the stars come out. It was such a relaxing space, we will definitely visit again.
The cabin was beautiful! Beautiful views! We had everything we needed right there. Our family of five had plenty of room. We would definitely come back again.
Such a wonderful experience staying here. Easy, perfect size, just everything we needed. And an amazing view too. Catch a sunrise over the fields in the fall - you won’t be disappointed!
My wife and I enjoyed the cabin for a long weekend (and wedding). Very clean, well stocked, easy to pop into Boone or Blowing Rock. Added plus for us….next door to our wedding venue!
This cabin was absolutely great! We were part of a recent wedding at the venue that was right next door so it was great for convenience and also breathtaking views! We absolutely will be back and will bring friends to share the cabin next door!
Our group was absolutely in love with the tiny cabin! It was nicely decorated and very homey. The owner was quick and responsive to questions. Will definitely be back!!!
The property was beautiful, and we enjoyed seeing the cows throughout the day! The house was just enough for two people, and we had everything we could need to make small meals and hang out. The property is a quick drive to Blowing Rock and Boone, which worked out perfect for us. Highly recommend if you need a weekend to unplug and enjoy nature.
My husband and teen son thoroughly enjoyed this property for their weekend fishing trip. They said it was super clean, comfortable and they loved the location being close to Boone but removed enough to feel serene and quiet for morning coffee. It had everything they needed and I know we'll book it again.
This property was exactly as described. There was enough room for our family of four that includes a four and five year old. Walking the property provided easy entertainment for the kids. The stay was peaceful and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.

We had a wonderful time at Elk Knob Nook cabin. Nicely located on a hilltop overlooking pastures with horses and cows, along with amazing views into the mountains and valleys nearby. Very quiet surroundings, with little to no sounds of civilization. Sunrises and sunsets from the porch were a nice way to start and end each day. While this is a "tiny home" we never felt cramped. The high ceilings makes it feel larger. The owner responded quickly to a request for some closet hangers and made sure we felt at home. The internet connection was excellent and the TV was good for some evening entertainment. This location is a good base for exploring the area and is close enough to town for shopping, restaurants, etc. We would definitely consider this property on a return trip to Blue Ridge country.
My husband and I fell in love with the Blue Ridge Mountains while visiting the Boone area on our 10th anniversary. Five years later we found this beautiful 206-acre property we are now blessed to call home. We dreamed of adding enchanting vacation cabins so others could come and experience the great outdoors.
