We had an excellent stay, and everything was so convenient for us with a 2 year old. It had easy access to both the pools and the beach, which was so amazing for us. The rooms were cozy, and we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was very relaxing. The property was very quiet. Was very excited to have an ice machine that was working properly. My only complaint was the extremely long walk to the gulf. The beach front in made drastic changes over the last two years.

Nice location

Very close to the pool, and a nice boardwalk to the beach. Several places to eat within walking distance across the road.

Very clean and quiet! Perfect for family vacations!

Checking in was smooth. We received the text with all the info we needed in ample time. The place was very clean and inviting. We love it and will be back!

Our stay at The Inn on The Island

Reviewer Comments: We loved the island and our condo was nice, but the sofa and chairs were pretty dirty looking..we kept them covered with sheets, so we didn't have to sit on the stained fabric. Enjoyed our room except the mattress was like a rock. The last time we stayed they were heavenly. Got ready for a soaking in the tub and the jets didn't work?? A little disappointed ? But be ok. The over all stay was good. Love the area. Ate at several restaurants. They were pretty good. Skinners was the best for the seafood. JT's sunset grill would be my next suggestion, and then islanders... the pools and the building /grounds were well kept. I would highly recommend the Inn. ! Quite, clean , friendly, I would highly suggest anyone to stay here! I would go back to the Inn as my choice!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Poor. Sofa was not acceptable. Both sides of cushions were worn and shredded. Would have to start the dishwasher numerous times to get it to clean. Main door to ghall bathroom would lock and have to use a key to unlock. This unit should not go for the going rate. Needs new furnishing. New coffee maker. Comforter on queen beef was badly stained. Checked for a different option with a different rental when we saw it but everything was booked. Top bunk bed was not made at check in

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The silverware drawer was nasty I would recommend bringing throw away plates and forks. The sheets were stained and not really sanitary looking. Some money needs to be spent on buying a few new things. I stayed at unit 112 at the same complex last month and it was so much nicer.

The maintenance man moved the box from the bedroom to the living room but never brought one to put into the bedroom. The second bedroom had no TV. Staff was very responsive. The beach was amazing!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve used this management company 4 times - customer service and communication is top notch ! Condo 102 is just ok now (4th time in) . It’s definitely time for a deep clean on baseboard and floor corners, the curtains need washing - dirty on backside from foot traffic. Where the trash can sits the wall is coming apart from the lid usage - (just glue some wood floor planks on the wall to prevent more damage - these items are not a breaking point for me. Someone needs to convey to those owners that don’t rent how not to talk to guest - don’t ask if we are a family, don’t ask what unit we are staying in and most certainly don’t yell from the pool 2 condos down “no glass at the pool” as my guest were 3 steps out - we would have addressed this , but we weren’t fast enough - the embarrassment as everyone looked on. Not a good portrait for owners that rely on rental income. AGAIN - I will still continue to come .Plenty of bedding , kitchen utensils, tv programming -

The jetes on the whirlpool tub didn't work which was a bummer :(. Other than those items we really enjoyed staying at The Inn. We liked that we were able to walk right out to the pool area. The boardwalk to the beach was a cool experience. I would recommend a stay here to my friends and family.

Excellent little Island

My family of 5 couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. Granted it was off season, but we basically had the beach to ourselves and loved the ground floor condo opening to the pool. The mild complaints were the pool heater was broken the entirety of our stay and the kitchen needs attention. (No dish-clothes, poor pans, no sheet pans, my husband had to repair the ice maker, etc…) Overall we plan to return!

The ground floor condo was convenient for all ages, especially direct access to the pool and beach boardwalk. The latch on the gate was high enough that our intrepid 4 year old couldn't get to it. The living to room sliding door seemed like it needed some oil, it took a good bit of effort to open it. (Though not necessarily a bad thing for the previously mentioned 4 year old.). The condo was well furnished, clean, and the beds comfy. I might bring an extra blanket next time though. All in all it was an excellent place to stay.
