Great property location with 2 clean pools to use and short walk to the beach. The A/C is cold and the WiFi was strong (not the one listed on the fridge, there’s one named “unit 6f” that we had to get the password for from our host contact). We also had to contact the host for a gate code when we arrived. That needs to be sent along with the door code before arrival. Lots of little things in the house that need cleaning, fixing, and updating to make it a stress free and clean stay (old stained and torn bedding, old pillows, old blinds falling down, tv missing from main floor bedroom, random kitchenware and small appliances not cleaned well, MOLD on the kitchen cabinets above the microwave, ice dispenser doesnt work, LOTS of random junk in the closets and no hangers making the closets unusable, not enough bath towels for 8 guests, no furniture on upper deck, no beach towels, the door lock code is nearly impossible to input on the first try, and even multiple tries, main entry door jam has a nail poking out, master shower door is falling out of the wall, and decoration on main floor bathroom has a dangerous sharp screw poking out).
