New in 2025: Kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. Kitchen has granite counter tops. Upstairs bedroom and downstairs bedroom with double beds have new Nectar mattresses. Downstairs Queen bed is a sleep number bed. $1M upgrade to Boathouse restaurant & pool. Very clean newer 3 BR 2 1/2 bath house fully furnished with all the amenities of home and more for weekend / weekly rental. House sits at the top of a point that overlooks a beautiful cove at the 3 mile marker on Lake of the Ozarks only 50 feet from Village Marina & Yacht Club where lots of entertainment is available. Renters have full access to a boat launch to the lake, fishing, full service marina, swimming pool, pool-side restaurant and bar, boat slips and docks, convenience store, and water tube rentals.

A large screened in porch with ceiling fan, and seating for 11 on the top level provide great views of the lake from multiple directions. 4 total sliding glass doors (3 on top floor 1 on bottom) and many windows provide additional great views of the lake and plenty of sunshine. Large lot with many trees provides provides plenty of shade in the Summer time as well.

Something For Everyone: Not far from 88 Village Marina Road by car are a number of things to do. There are lots of dining choices such as Mexican, Asian / Sushi, BBQ, and fine dining as well. Drive over Bagnell Dam and see a great view of the lake and boats. Go to the strip just past the dam for an Old Time Family Photo, arcade games, and some Ozark Fudge. Stop by gift shops, bars and restaurants, or try Parasailing on the lake. If you like to exercise outdoors, the hilly terrain offers lots of inclines to exercise.

Lake of the Ozarks is home to several world class spas and enough shopping to keep you busy for a week. What better way to spend the day than some shopping in the morning, getting some lunch at one of the Lake's several wineries, and getting pampered at a spa in the afternoon?

There are 16 area golf courses.

For the Kids: There are several things for children to do here at the lake. Kids may enjoy fishing in the lake or swimming in the pool. By land, there are numerous go-cart facilities, or take the kids to Miner Mikes where they can run, explore, go-kart, and play games. Additionally, there's a place named Malted Monkey on the strip with an outdoor obstacle course for kids to explore and climb on. Kids entertainment options also include a beach at Frankie & Louie's, and numerous coves for swimming, water skiing, tubing, or playing with water toys. Also, the waterpark Super Splash USA is only 11 miles from the house, although is still undergoing the opening process. Make sure to check online to see if they are open yet before heading over there.

Location, Location, Location: If you are new to the Lake of the Ozarks and are considering a lake house or condo rental, be aware that the location you choose can mean the difference between driving and/or boating many miles or very few miles when you are trying to get to an area attraction. Being located on what is known as the St. Louis side of the lake offers quicker access to area attractions in Osage Beach and most of the by water "hot spots" which populate the lake near mile marker 3 on the main channel.

Excellent location!

This place is great if you are interested in being near all the hot spots. The view is beautiful, and the owners were very accomadating. The place is perfect for large groups. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and felt comfy. I would highly recommend and definitely come back.

Nice family weekend

We stayed for 3 nights & had the house full: 6 adults, 1 toddler & a baby. It was very nice – nothing special, over-the-top, or fancy, but worked for our family. There were a few things that could use improvement, but overall, I would recommend this house to someone looking for a generally clean, comfy, quiet place to enjoy the lake. CONS: *Few things that needed maintenance: -dishwasher closed funny (weren’t sure if we used it right) - shower head in master bathroom - one sliding door to screened-in porch was stuck; couldn’t open - gas grill did NOT work & needed a good scrubbing – icky. - cleaning needed around downstairs windows & walk-out area. *Instructions for the AC/Heater would’ve been nice – we could not figure it out *Instructions for the TV – couldn’t change channels the first day. It took 2 calls to Dish Network to get everything working correctly, and we had 6 very intelligent adults trying… *Dining table wasn’t big enough for all of us at once. 2 adults had to sit at the Kitchen bar (tables in screened-in porch area offered plenty of seating though!) *Single bedroom with 1 full bed needed another side table or something. Not enough room for our stuff to be out. Take out the tiny TV we never used & put in a little dresser or something. *Downstairs bathroom/laundry room combo needed more counter space. For 4 adults, we had to spread our stuff out on top of the washer & dryer. Maybe a couple towel hooks too. And more towels. *Crib that was provided looked a little cheap & dusty. We used the pack & play we brought instead. PROS: *The important stuff was very clean & well-kept. No problems using the towels, sheets, bowls, cups, etc *Had a view of the lake from the front & back of house. Nice, quiet neighborhood that was easy to find. *Screened-in porch was lovely! Wish we could’ve used it more! *Big, wide driveway was perfect for our 3 cars with room to spare *Comfy couches & accommodations *Xbox 360 was a welcome perk & fun to use! Games were provided *Kitchen was well-stocked with bowls, cups, kitchen tools, etc. Had everything we needed. We brought paper plates, but for a larger group, there might not be enough plates, etc. *WiFi was also a nice touch. Helped us find local info easily on our smartphones!

The Grants are great communicators - they answered any question/concerns prior to arrival & during our stay VERY quickly. Wi-Fi is great, plenty of space & great kitchen.

Amazing location and house!

We loved everything about this house! It was beautiful and very clean! The screened in porch was perfect for playing cards in the evening! The location is great you can walk across the street to a bar/restaurant, boat rentals or drive 15 minutes to almost anything! We will absolutely stay here again in the future!!

Nice place, great location

We were disappointed not to find a more private dock to swim from and also the pool accommodations. The girls were most disappointed about not being able to take their coolers (food and drink) to the pool. Otherwise, the property was in a great location and very clean! We loved the screened-in porch! The location did allow us to commute to a public beach without too much difficulty.

Wonderful place and location

This home had everything our extended family needed for a vacation at the lake. Clean, updated home with plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, plenty of seating for meals, decent water pressure for showers, beautiful setting. The screened in porch was perfect for mornings and evenings in. The location was ideal next to the Boathouse Marina and pool/bar/food. I would definitely recommend renting this home!

Terrific Stay

Came here with 8 guys on a golf trip. House was very nice, even nicer than the pictures! Owners were prompt with any questions we had. We brought 1 air mattress, and were able to sleep 8 pretty easily. Plenty of good golf courses in the area. Saturday was a little hot, so we canceled our afternoon tee time and decided to rent a boat at the marina across the street from this property. Very nice 22' Cobalt rental unit. Great location on the water. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable home away from home

Just recently, our family stayed at this home. When we first walked into the house, it appeared sleek, clean, and well furnished. Each of the bedrooms were open and the beds were comfortable. The house has three large, flat screen TVs with countless channels. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely stocked with everything you would need to live comfortably. We will definitely return next summer.

Fabulous stay at the lake !

We had a great long weekend at the lake ! Fantastic side porch, great pool across the street attached to a bar/restaurant. We really enjoyed the food and drinks. With the marina just across the street, it was so convenient to rent a boat and waverunner. We also cooked at the house for several meals and found everything we needed. The owners are so easy to work with -- they provided great information and were happy to answer all of our questions. We would certainly book this house again !

Great stay

We stayed over a week in July, and had my parents, my husband and I and out very young children. The setup was great and was pleasantly surprised that they already had safety gates on the stairs and outlet covers (seriously, it's the small things anymore!). The house was very clean and had everything we could have needed. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well appointed as well. The screened in porch is where we spent most of our time when not at the pool or on the lake. With the master bedroom on the main floor and other bedrooms downstairs, it gave everyone their own space which was wonderful. Overall, I would highly recommend the house!

Great place, great time!!

Perfect size and location. Nicely appointed decor....everything in good working order. The barrooms were spacious and very clean as well as the rest of the house. Slip for the boat was included as well as access to the pool at the club next door. We hung out and ate apps while the kids swam. Perfect!!

Relaxing family lake house

Photos don't really do the place justice. It's a lovely house, beautifully furnished (perhaps nicer than your own home) with a huge screened in deck that we ate on for all meals. Very comfortable and roomy--we had 6 but could easily fit 8. The kitchen is stocked with every cooking/baking tool imaginable plus a propane grill with extra tank. It's less than a minute walk to the pool. We rented a wave runner at the marina which is a minute walk down the hill. Lake views from all angles. Super fast wi-fi and large flat-screen tvs. Great for families and a girls weekend away or a guys golfing weekend (golf courses seemed to be close by). Owners were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would stay there again--it was a great trip.

Just what the doctor ordered

Very nice property, and we couldn't have picked a handier location. But the important thing was having all those separate excellent sleeping areas where my sister (who frequently has trouble getting a good night's sleep) could escape the maddening crowd and hibernate downstairs. Someone mentioned that the kitchen table was too small for all 8 occupants to gather for a meal, but let me tell you it works great for a heated game of Spades! We didn't spend much time in the house because the lake was what we came to do, but for sleeping, eating and after-dark game-playing, it was perfect.

Great Place for Family

We rented the home for the 4th of July holiday weekend. It was well-appointed, very clean, had great amenities and provided lots of space for the family to gather. The screened-in porch was perfect for us. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There were tons of towels and extra bedding if needed. It was a no-hassle, easy rental experience and we are likely to be repeat renters.
