Enjoy our spacious 3 BR, 3BA lakefront condo, perfect anytime of the year! Contactless checkin. This is a main floor condo with one flight of stairs down to reach unit and no stairs inside the unit. Each bedroom has an adjoining full bath and two of the three bedrooms have access to a deck overlooking the beautiful cove. Triple sliding patio doors in each bedroom provide a view of the lake as well as blackout curtains for comfortable sleeping. Oscillating fan in unit. High chair and pack n play available for families with young children. The large main deck is accessed from the family room or primary bedroom. The main deck has comfortable seating for 6 at the patio table, a ceiling fan, Edison lights and an electric grill for you to enjoy during your vacation! The Knolls Resort complex has something for everyone and the best amenities at the Lake of the Ozarks! It features: an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, fire pit, fishing docks, swim dock, exercise room, clubhouse with serving area, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Game room featuring a ping pong table and foosball. There is a boat launch and trailer parking. Please note a boat slip is NOT available for rent with the condo but a dock slip may be available for some dates and contact information can be provided to check with other Knolls owners. Knolls Resort is less than 2 miles from Margaritaville Resort which features multiple restaurants, golf courses, horseback riding, indoor water park and more! Many other bars and restaurants conveniently located within a few miles. The Lake of the Ozarks has fun for all: families, couples, reunions, girls trips, fishing trips . Families can enjoy go karts, mini golf, boating, state parks and caves just to name a few. There are many restaurants including a variety of waterfront options from family oriented to upscale dining. Adults can explore wineries, micro breweries, distilleries, outdoor concerts, shopping and many events throughout the year.

Our family has been going to the Lake of the Ozarks for over 50 years and we have owned multiple condos for almost 40 years. The Knolls is our favorite place we have stayed as the year round amenities and great location can’t be beat!

Why they chose this property

We bought this unit because it is spacious and allows so many people to comfortably sleep and play. The three full bathrooms are wonderful for groups or for families.

What makes this property unique

We love having the room to spread out and enjoy our vacation in this condo. The in-condo washer/dryer are wonderful because it allows for less packing! The unit allows for easy access to boat docks and the lake. This particular unit overlooks a quiet and peaceful cove.
