Great property! Easy to find, quiet neighborhood and felt very private. Gravel walkway might be difficult for elderly guests. Air conditioning was on another level. Bathroom was a little small if you do have more than two people/fill both bedrooms. Will stay here again when we’re back in the area visiting family.

Very clean, quirky, and convenient, and a close drive to everything - a great experience. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat, but it was comfortable enough.

Rogers Arkansas

Really enjoyed my stay at the historic milk plant apartment. It was close to all the events we were in town for, clean but rustic/industrial feeling, and the owner was super helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Will definitely be planning another stay here in the future.
