Very nice quiet condominiums for relaxing vacations !

Many restaurants right front of the complex !
Beach is behind the complex !

The property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
This is a popular spot and from time to time there are security guards for parking when it's a busy time of year and when there are events at the Pier Park next door.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. We were literally a few steps to the beach and right across the street from great restaurants. Also, there's a great little donut shop right beside the parking lot...yummy! We appreciate the host regularly communicating with us and all the little extras she left like snacks, beach equipment, etc. Oh and the one-n-done laundry machine was a big help.

Great Time in St Augustine

The property was even better than the pictures, as it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Marianna was very helpful to us getting checked in. The location is literally steps from the beach. We really enjoyed the Christmas lights in St Augustine.

Great Condo on the beach!

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing and nice stay in St. Augustine. The beach was a little smaller than what we are used to on the west coast of FL, but we had a wonderful trip. There are lots of places in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. Thank you!

Wonderful place

This duplex was great for our stay. Located near everything we needs, lots of restaurants within walking distance, we could overlook the pool to see our kids and listen to the ocean. The master bedroom is quite large, very nice to relax. The host was fabulous supplying us with chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach. She left us a snack basket and a bottle of wine. Will definitely stay here again.

Sunrise beach stay

We enjoying the area of St Augustine. You can walk along the beach daily with easy access. State park an easy walk as well. Many resturants and shops in walking distance. To golf 30 to 60minutes drive to many different golf courses. The condo needs many updates in kitchen and bathrooms and better up keep. Quiet to sleep and friendly rsidents! Overall enjoyed our stay.updates courses
