2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project expected to take place Summer–Fall 2026. While a final schedule has not yet been released, work is anticipated to move along the beach in sections, meaning any impact to a specific area is temporary.

Description:
Come and experience beach living at its best! “Ocean 180” has a top-notch location, the end townhome, directly on the beach in beautiful Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms with a 180-degree oceanfront view. Rebuilt and remodeled in 2021, this immaculate townhome features top-quality workmanship and materials and has been detailed to perfection. Guests at “Ocean 180” will enjoy oceanfront views from nearly every room with the sound of breaking waves as a backdrop. “Ocean 180” is one of the closet homes to the ocean on the island.
Guests are welcomed with rich dark hardwood floors that are contrasted against classic white shiplap and trim. The charming living area features comfortable furnishings, a 65-inch smart television and oceanfront views. “Ocean 180” features a gourmet kitchen with a Thor gas stove, Thor range, Thor dishwasher, Bosch refrigerator, pot filler above the stove top and built in kitchen water purifier. Adjacent to the living area and gourmet kitchen is the dining area with seating for six with an additional seating for four at the kitchen island.
The Oceanfront Suite is located on the upper level. It features a custom-made Dilworth king mattress, private oceanfront deck, and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and large walk-in shower. Bedroom two is on the upper level. It features a Dilworth queen mattress with a twin trundle and en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and bath-shower combination. Bedroom three is on the main floor and features a Dilworth king mattress and an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and bath-shower combination.

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

Ideally located, this beach house on the Isle of Palms is an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (7 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (8 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.
Things to note:
Wild Dunes does not have a central resort pool for all visitors. Most neighborhoods and villa communities have their own private pool for guests staying in that specific area. Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.
The Beach Club Villa Community Pool is open Seasonally: (April 1st - October 31st)
The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents. Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community. No smoking Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 10:00 AM. Beach Club Villa Community Pool Opens in Early April. Stairs to access 1 of 2 levels.

Perfect Beach Villa
Villa is updated, kitchen appliances are new, mattresses are comfortable, and location is great! Property manager was very responsive and provided clear and timely communication. One of the best properties we’ve rented over the 30+ years we’ve been coming to Wild Dunes!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Isle of Palms! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The home is not only gorgeous, but also incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable vacation.The kitchen had all the essentials (and more), the beds were comfortable, and every space was thoughtfully designed and impeccably clean. We especially loved enjoying our morning coffee while taking in the beautiful view — it truly felt like a little slice of paradise.The location is perfect — close to the beach, yet private and serene. It was the ideal place to unwind and spend quality time together.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a special getaway on Isle of Palms!
