Clean, cozy, and recently redecorated, oceanfront condo in excellent location, convenient to everything. Whether you simply just want to relax at the beach or if your looking for great restaurants, shopping and nightlife this unit has all of the above. Relax on our spacious balcony with your favorite drink, perfect for moon watching or enjoying even the rainy days. Nestled in a smaller building, our condo offers an intimate settting so the beach is a lot less crowded compared to the bigger buildings in the area. Enjoy the convenience of 2 elevators and the safety of a concrete and steel structure with ample parking. This condo is located on the 3rd floor. Fully stocked kitchen is convenient for cooking meals, and charcoal grills and picnic tables on the property adds a nice outdoor dining option for gatherings or enjoying the beautiful beach atmosphere.

I grew up in Queens, New York and moved to North Carolina in my early 20s. That’s where I live with my husband and two kids.
We purchased the Myrtl Beach unit when our oldest who is 21 now was around two years old. We work hard to keep it updated and clean, and we hope anyone who chooses to stay with us will do the same.

Why they chose this property
we absolutely love the ocean and Myrtl Beach is close enough to where we can take a quick trip from time to time to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day stresses.
What makes this property unique
Our unit is cozy and very clean with tons of games for those rainy afternoons. The oceanfront balcony Is a spacious area to simply relax, read a book, take a nap or get in a quick workout.
I personally love doing yoga stretches while breathing in the sea air, and listening to the waves break.
Another thing I absolutely love about the location is if I don’t feel like making lunch, we can grab our coverups and flip-flops and take a walk down the shore to the local pub for lunch and go right back onto the beach when we’re done.
