The house is a peaceful oasis where you and your guests may enjoy the spacious rooms, private pool, gazebo, the backyard, and barbecue pit. In less than 2 miles you have the Brownsville Golf Center, Sunrise Mall, Starbucks, Supermarkets, Movie Theaters, Restaurants & Gyms. Space X, South Padre Island, Zoo & Mexico are near.

Guest access.
Guests will have access to the full house, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, with private swimming pool and gazebo. Swimming pool is only for registered guests. Children should always be supervised in pool area. At this time the garage is closed and guests may park on the driveway and on the front of the house parking area.

There is a $100 fee per pet per stay.
We're family friendly and pet friendly. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas or furniture. (Please ask host about pet information and pet fee prior to booking)

This is a smoke free and drug free property.
No vaping.
Quiet hours start from 9:30pm to 8am.
No glass or food inside the pool.
No diving on the pool, no running by the pool.
Children should always be supervised when swimming in pool area.

*Only register guests are allowed at the property. Extra guests are not permitted.
