We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. Host was fantastic and quick to respond. House was clean, had plenty of beds and was very comfortable. Pool facilities were fantastic.Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
Having spent in 1969-1970 2 years among S W Native Americans, the TASTEFUL decor with hump back flute players was admired. Pool close and helpful in the heat.
We had some issues with the internet and TV in the living room, but in the end we played games and went swimming and had an excellent stay. This place was perfect for what we needed and really enjoyed our trip.
This was a great place to stay at! We wanted to find a place to fit all 13 of us that wasn’t super expensive so we could visit Arches and we landed on this place and it was perfect. It had enough beds, the kitchen was adequate for what we ate, and it had enough parking for all of us. 10/10 would recommended!
No-hassle check-in process; clean place; full garage. This is a good option at its price point. You don’t get a lot of space (many of the beds are in a common area), and some of the bunk beds are a bit uncomfortable. Those are minor issues for the price. Easy five stars.
Loved it!!! If I was coming back in the area I would definitely book this place again. The only item that was slightly stressful about was the warning of checking in early. We had driven 18 hours to worry that we had gotten there 20 minutes early and would be charged if we had gone in early....and check out was stressful for the fact we left three minutes after check out and then found hours later I had to send something that we had checked out. But otherwise, location fabulous lots of sleeping beds, we did not use all of them but nice to have. Kitchen amenities and linens were fabulous! Outdoor fun, pool, tennis and fire all a bonus!

Checking in Process was disappointing!
Property was in a great location and accommodations were fine. Manager claimed he'd sent instructions on checking into the property but I've yet to find them. We ended up calling VRBO head quarters, and they contacted the owner. My text messages and calls were not answered.
The facility was nice for a large group, but had damaged and old kitchen items!!!
We loved the large housing arrangement, and the bedrooms and electronics were great. However, the kitchen supplies were either lacking or damaged (ie: plates and pans were extremely worn, mold growing on potato peeler, no laundry soap, no extra towels, the fridge froze food, etc). We have had such great experiences with clean, and fully equipped condo units in St George, that this was not of a disappointment. We felt the cost was a little high for what we got.

The condo was perfectly accommodating but a little beat-up.
Might be time for the owners to do a facelift. There were lots of nice things, like a stereo system and gas fire place. We did not have enough towels for each person, actually far short and the corners of everything have seen better days. They installed a carpet protector on the stairs and this is now just a trip hazard pulling out-of-the-steps. The maps on the wall were a very nice touch, making group trail planning easy. There was a box for a blow-dryer, but someone had obviously taken the actual appliance. Lot's of board games, but we brought our own, so I have no idea what the condition of them were. The pull-out bed has spring damage and the couches were full of crumbs. Over all the place was fine but not outstanding. Everything provided worked as it should, plenty of kitchen gadgetry and the double garage was in good shape.

Response from VrboOwner on 6 Sept, 2023
I am the owner of this unit. I have a management agency take care of the rentals and I had not seen this until recently… I was MORTIFIED!! OMG!! ….especially since I had been thinking the EXACT SAME THINGS for some time! (….also let’s say somewhat annoyed with my management agency to have let this response linger unanswered for so long!??) – ouch!
I’ve always been very proud and joyful of this unit… for a long time a reasoned narrative could be made that this is the most comfortable and desirable and coveted unit in the entire Rim Vista/Rim Village area with features that only one or two other units have… particularly for large groups. Extra large bedrooms… a rare extremely oversized and enclosed wrap-around patio (only 1 or 2 units have this), a lovely, cozy firepit table (natural gas powered), unique and playful and area-relevant art and décor, extra large tv’s and additional sound system in the house, etc etc etc…..
But the fact is that the unit WAS getting a bit dated. And the review hear was fair… WAS. (although I’ve never actually heard any similar feedback…)
Fortunately (even before I read this!) I had implemented a thorough plan and put significant investment into updating and maintaining 3A5 as the most fun and comfortable unit to enjoy a visit in here in Moab!
• Every TV has been replaced with a large thin bright flat 4k panel TV’s – 55” in most bedrooms.
• The carpet has been completely upgraded (I removed the silly protective film on the stairs also!). (The main floor is acid-dyed stamped concrete).
• The difficult to use hide-a-bed has been completely renovated and now works flawlessly and is comfortable. The previous mattress was actually too large and would get caught-up in the springs! (I also added 2 self-inflating queen air-beds….stored in the closet for extra-large groups!)
• Every sofa cushion has new cores!
• Every shower has new ultra-luxurious Speakman shower heads!
• The sometimes desirable privacy screen (quadfold) in the loft bedroom was also upgrade.
• The patio grill was replaced with a new large Weber grill direct-piped natural gas powered to support any size of party.
• Every room now has a High Definition feed.
• An HD DVR was also added to the front room/main area TV system.
• A new high-end dual band router was added. And the sound system now has Bluetooth connectivity.
I’m hoping these changes will begin to bring this unit back into her rightful place amongst the best in Moab!
I give it 4 stars, but most likely wouldn’t stay here again.
It is much smaller then it looks in the pictures. We had 18 people…7 of them were kids and babies and it worked okay, but it was pretty crowded. It could use some updating. Some of the mattresses were okay, but 5 of them you could feel the springs. We are used to having a lot more supplies in the kitchen (at other VRBO’s we’ve stayed in). What was there was pretty old. For 18 people, it would have been nice to have regular size casserole dishes (there were 2 8x8 casserole dishes). It also would have been nice to have baggies, plastic wrap and tin foil, etc. Also, a metal spatula for the barbecuer. Some of the plates were very old and mismatched. We just went to the store and bought paper plates, etc. There are only 2 showers…we didn’t think that one through…definitely not enough for 18 people.
Having said all that…the host was very quick to answer all my questions. When we arrived there were only 9 towels, we contacted the host and more were sent over. There were lots of games and the swimming pool and basketball court were fun. (Swimming pool towels are not provided). It was a decent place, but we most likely wouldn’t stay there again.
We had a group of 13 for an adventure filled holiday weekend and this was a great place for us to stay! Plenty of space for us all, very clean house and nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again if I cam back to Moab with another large group.

Decent Place
I didn't receive any check in instructions, front door code, garage code etc. Luckily, but weirdly, the front door was unlocked so I was able to get in. There was also an issue with the garage door where it wouldn't close unless I held down the button inside. Also, the mattresses were horrible, and that was the consensus on all 7 beds we used.
The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utinsels. The unit was clean. Pretty much a TV in every room. Furniture is packed pretty tight in some rooms. Bathrooms are nice. Good view out of the living room windows.
Very clean, nice property. Stayed here for Thanksgiving with my brother and his family and had a blast. Plenty of room for the kids to sleep with 4 bunk-beds. Two rooms for the adults to sleep. Look forward to spending another Thanksgiving here with family.
Went on a guys trip to Moab. This was a perfect place to sleep and relax during our stay. It’s just outside of town which was perfectly fine. Lots of beds and had all the stuff we needed in the kitchen to cook. It’s a great place to stay. I recommend it.
