This is an inside unit but one would never know. With the beach right across from you and a pool in the back along with fishing/boating docks, we really did not spend much time inside. The accommodations were comfortable and the restaurants within walking distance were very good. Prices were reasonable and young children were made to feel very welcome. Coastal Cottages AMI were outstanding to work with and they get a five recommendation as well.

Location! Location!

The best thing about this property is its location. From this condo you have a view of the waterway and dock on one side and the ocean and beach on the other. Almost everyday we watched the sunrise and the sunset just by walking to the other side of the condo. I love that from the screened in porch there is a door and winding stairs straight from my patio to the pool, so easy to reach the pool or the condo. Out the front door, downstairs and across the street is the white beach and blue water. I did not think of anything that I needed while spending a week at this condo that was not provided. Bed was comfortable, covered parking which is great in the hot weather, beach chairs, towels etc.... well equipped kitchen. One thing that might matter to some people is the fact that the condo is showing some age and need of a little updating. We loved access to the trolley, walking paths, town and restaurants. We preferred the location to this condo over many others because even though it was close to everything it was just far enough to be out of all the hustle and bustle!
