We noticed the refrigerator was set to hibernation mode, which likely contributed to the cooling issues you experienced. 3. The beds were clearly pictured, and we also had a queen bed available in the finished basement, along with a queen pull-out couch for added comfort. 4. The microwave in the basement is intended for the convenience of those staying there and provide more room in the kitchen for cooking. 5. Our new LG front-load washer did not have any odors prior to your stay, and we’re addressing the issue noted after your departure. 6. The damage deposit details are highlighted in our house rules and descriptions to ensure clarity for all guests. 7. We take pride in our home's design and amenities, from premium fixtures to custom artwork. We genuinely wish you had reached out during your stay, as we strive to address any issues promptly.
