Great stay, close to the beach, easy access! We didn’t bring our kid but could have with the bunk beds. Would definitely stay here again. Only bizarre thing was the closet had no hangers in it, note to the owner.

This is great to hear, Dawn! We are thrilled you loved the Shearin condo and found it nice and clean on your arrival. We certainly hold our housekeeping and inspecting staff to high standards to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. The property owner has done quite a few upgrades in the last year with a new sleeper sofa, new LVP flooring, mounted flat screen in the master, and more to come. Thank you for your review and for choosing Bryant Real Estate, we look forward to your return!

Janice, it's great to hear that your group enjoyed the Shearin condo for your quick weekend getaway to Wrightsville! This unit is centrally located next to the pier, with a short walk to the beach, channel, and downtown WB! I'm glad you enjoyed our check in and check out process - keyless entry sure does make things seamless. The homeowner recently replaced all the flooring in the condo which really brightened the unit up. You are always welcome back, keep Shearin in mind for next time!

Clean and Modern Condo Near Beach

The condo was newly remodeled and had an updated kitchen and bathroom. There was a nice living room, kitchen, balcony and bedroom. The balcony had a table and chairs, alone with an ocean view. On site parking was included. Restaurants, beach, and shopping were all within walking distance.

Short skip to the beach

The location is fantastic. Spend the day at the beach and if there's anything you need or forgot, it's a quick walk to the condo. The second floor walkway is a zigzag around other units and bit annoying at first, but you get used to it and it starts to be a source of jokes. It's not a big deal. Perfect beachy homebase away from home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect unit for 2 of us . It was very close to the beach, pier and walking distance to restaurants. The unit was clean and kitchen stocked appropriately. The only negative the couch is worn it was uncomfortable and so was the pull out bed. All in all we liked the place and would stay here again.

Wedding Photographer

I booked this place for our wedding photographer who was from up North. His family loved the location and only had good things to say about the property. The only hiccup was the town did some utility line work on Thursday while they were down there, so the water was off for a few hours. Nothing that the Property could do about it just an unfortunate circumstance.

Loved the location to the beach, small shops and walking area (The Nesbitt Loop). Also enjoyed the balcony with the view of the water. Would have given 5 but property has no elevator. Even 1st floor has to carry luggage up stairs. If you have a unit that is anything but A1,B1,C1 expect to climb floors and unsheltered parking.
