We wish we could control the code for the stairs, but this lobby code is set by the HOA, and the code into the unit itself is set by us and is customized for every reservation. Hi Valerie- thank you for your feedback. All of our properties are individually owned. This means that what one owner may stock in his or her unit, the next may not. Our instructions are general and intended to prepare our guests for the bare minimum of what might be in the unit. We are sorry that you overpacked, but we hope that it beat the alternative. So glad you enjoyed this home. I realize you found it small, but our property title also states its small. Its ideal for active people who plan do be out enjoying the area and just want a place to crash or spend on rainy days!

We heavily rely on guest feedback to encourage our property owners to make improvements so I will make note of your suggestion for new carpeting. While the carpets are regularly sanitized, they do have permanent staining from wear/age and can agree they may be due for replacement. We hope everything else was sufficient for your week at the beach including the private covered parking, close walk to the pier/beach, and enjoying the nearby restaurants! Come on back anytime.

Ahmad, we could not have put it any better! Thank you for your kind words and review of the Munger condo. We are so happy we were able to provide accommodations for your last minute beach trip with the family! This unit has a private carport parking space which is definitely nice to be in the shade, but I can understand your truck made the turn a bit tight - hope it wasn't took much of an inconvenience! Munger is very cozy and has updated furnishings to make it comfortable. You are all welcome back anytime you need another beach getaway!
