Hey Pat, great to hear you returned back to the Michael condo! We are glad you love the location - the north end definitely offers something special being on the quieter side. We are working closely with the homeowners this offseason to make some improvements and will bring up the outdoor furniture to hopefully get some more seating out there. They just replaced the vertical blinds in the unit with curtains which we are excited about! I will swing by the property on the next vacancy to take a look at those pots/pans and replace if needed. If you ever need something during your stay, give us a call and we can deliver a new pan as we stock them at the office. Thank you again for renting with us again, we hope to see you back again next time!

So sorry you had issues with the shower door. We installed a new kit with magnetic strip recently but I am sending maintenance down to make sure its right for future guest. On future stays, do not hesitate to give us a ring so that we can address any concerns right then and there!

Our maintenance department has already remedied the issue. We've also made our hospitality department aware of the shower doors and is working to resolve that as well. We want you to know that we appreciate your feedback and have worked with the owner to address all of the above issues. The TV issue was a result of Time Warner Cable boxes not syncing and has been resolved. The blinds have had the slats replaced and we have fixed the bathroom door as well. We will work with the owner on making some larger updates in the off-season and hope you will come back and see us next year!

Hi Karen, I appreciate your review and suggestions for the Michael property. We rely on guest feedback to encourage improvements at our rentals. Since your stay, the blinds have been repaired with new slats installed and the outdoor chair was removed. We also regularly carpet clean the rugs and upholstery, but I will definitely take a look at their condition next time I am there. I apologize the code was incorrect, it could have been that with your early check in, the code simply needed to be updated to allow that. I hope you will rent with us again next time you are at the beach and definitely give our office a call and we will work to find you a better suited property for your family. Take care!

While we are never happy to hear that one of our properties was not up to standards, we appreciate your feedback and for allowing us the opportunity to correct the mildew issues in the guest shower. We also appreciate you letting us know of the correctable issues with the shower door, couch, shades, and HVAC register. Thanks to your feedback, we are able to work with the owner to correct these issues for future guests as well as for your future stays! Hi Catina, thank you for your review. I am sorry the Michael didn't meet your expectations. As you noted, our maintenance staff responded the same day for your repair. Before a guest arrives, the units are inspected to make sure of cleanliness and the required amount of paper products and cleaning supplies are provided. Each unit always has one unopen paper towel per kitchen and an unopen toilet paper roll per bathroom, which is communicated to guests before they arrive so you can prepare ahead of time if you anticipate needing more than provided. I will pass on to the owners the updates you suggested so they can make decisions on any changes they would like to implement in the future. We hope you will visit the Michael condo again in the future and enjoy the beautiful ocean front view and the great location!

Tommy, thank you for your review and thorough feedback of the Michael unit from your recent stay. We heavily rely on guest feedback to encourage property owners to make improvements and updates. I will be sure to pass along your comments to the property manager to discuss with the owner this off season. We are saddened to hear the unit did not meet your expectations with the cleanliness of the unit and cosmetically. Not an excuse, but due to the pandemic the housekeeping industry has faced quite a few challenges making it difficult to find and hire staff who will show up and those that do, we were training on the spot as opposed to our normal training process that is much more hands on. While we made do with what we could, we understand your disappointment and wish that you would have made us aware sooner so we could remedy quickly. We have a housekeeper on call for peak season Saturdays for this reason and can send a cleaner back anytime during your stay. As for the cosmetics of the unit, we feel that it is depicted very accurately in the photos online and that may have been an error on your behalf for choosing something that didn't have all the frills that you were after. This is a great, well kept unit that allows for all the amenities of Dune Ridge and great oceanfront North end location without the price tag, which is reflected in the furnishings. Every owner has their own taste and we can't do much to dictate how they decorate but instead market it truthfully and maintain it as best as we can. I checked today and the unit is fully stocked with our required items and in excess of the recommended amount for occupancy for all items. Utensils were all new and there were 6 frying pans. Please know we stock kitchen items at the beach office and could have ran items down to you at any time, free of charge. We wish you would have made us aware of your qualms with the unit much sooner and hope you will give us another chance next time you visit the area. Take care!
