The top floor features a chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances and countertops designed to accommodate your every need including 3 dishwashers, and 2 professional ranges and cook tops. The huge open-design living/dining area overlooks the private swimming pool and has a gas fireplace, wall-mounted TV, study nook, powder room, high ceilings with recessed lighting and hardwood floors. A cozy sun room with deck is perfect for quiet time. There are 2 master bedroom suites each with a private bath; one has a fireplace and looks out at the pool, the other opens to the covered front porch with ocean view.

The lower level has 6 bedrooms, 6 baths, a powder room, laundry room and a large recreation room with pool table, wet bar and media center. Three bedrooms and the rec room open to decks overlooking the pool. One bedroom leads to a covered porch facing the ocean.

Enjoy your own personal hot tub and swimming pool (Chlorine) complete with lounge chairs, BBQ grill and 2 enclosed outside showers with dressing areas! This stunning property is waiting for your family to experience the best Wrightsville Beach has to offer!

We've rented Seas the Day for 8 years during the third or fourth week in June. It accommodates our growing extended family of 19 with ease. It's a special week for our family--a time for our 9 grandchildren to play together endlessly in the surf, and for all the adults to visit over great seafood and spirits. It's easy to create great memories at Seas the Day! Though the house is always clean and well-maintained, a few items need to be addressed. The grill is difficult to start and needs to be replaced with one that is easier for guests to cook on. The brochure advertises a jacuzzi; however, it's usually very dirty and looks like it could contain bacteria. We don't allow our kids to use it. The King mattress in the master bedroom is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. It's been there for the 8 years we've stayed there. The wonderful porch on the top floor has limited seating. It's the place where everyone wants to sit in the evenings. It could use some more comfortable chairs.

We rented this house for a late September weekend (for a birthday celebration) and while the house is large and the location is good, we were disappointed with a number of things that should have been better maintained and cleaned - especially for a house of this rental price: 1. The air conditioning is not balanced, causing some rooms to be very hot and others to be very cold 2. There was a dead roach in the kitchen when we arrived and several very much alive roaches that came out at night - this put a real damper on our trip as we had asked ahead of time if there was a roach problem at this house and had been told there was not 3. One garage door would not close and needed to be manually reset to close 4. Ants were a real problem on the kitchen counter - getting to birthday cupcakes in a box (this is obviously a known problem as there was ant poison in the cupboard) 5. The hot tub was dirty and so we did not use it 6. Several doors were difficult to open 7. There was mold in several places including the inside of an interior door and bathroom ceilings 8. Many plates, dishes and utensils in the kitchen were dirty - we washed everything before we used it 9. Many beds were very soft and lumpy Bryant Real Estate came out after we called on the first day but did not respond well to the items that we reported upon arrival. They said they would fix the garage door but never retuned. No-one followed up after our departure when we reported that there had been other issues. Communicating with Bryant management after our departure was frustrating. We will not return to this house or rent through Bryant Real Estate again.

Owner's Response: Michael - thank you for the feedback. We apologize again for your experience, but I am surprised to see how it’s portrayed. It is true you were not pleased with the accommodations. You and your wife stated, "as a couple who travels 200 nights out a year you expected more". I would like to clarify that you NEVER contacted Bryant during your stay. Our Maintenance tech was driving by and happened to see 1 of the 3 garage doors malfunctioning. He attempted to resolve it, but the safety sensor had failed. This was resolved after you departed. You still had the use of 2 garages and could manually override this one garage. No one in your party contacted Bryant until after your departure. After you left, you called in with a list of issues and stated you were seeking financial compensation. Excluding the garage door - we were unable to verify any complaint. The hot tub was clean, the HVAC was balanced and working fine, there were no bugs or ants that we could find (Note - this property is on preventative pest contract) Ultimately, we were not given the opportunity to address these hypothetical issues during your stay because you decided not to contact us until after your departure. Though we could not verify any issue other than 1 of 3 garage doors requiring to be manually pushed to close, we offered you an extremely generous letter of credit of ~20% - you declined, stating you wanted cash back. In the multiple lengthy discussions, we had with you there were numerous references to other establishments that "handled things more professionally" where more money was given back to you in the form of cash as opposed to a letter of credit. Your request was clear - you wanted to complain about issues after the fact that could not be validated and expected money back. You refused a generous 20% letter of credit for a future stay. We do not believe your concerns were genuine, but we wish you nothing but the best in your frequent future travels.

The property we stayed at in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina a few weeks ago was in a gorgeous location. We had a large family gathering for my grandmother's 80th Surprise Birthday celebration. We never felt like we were on top of each other in the beautiful home with their being plenty of room between the three floors. The condition of the home was good and clean for the most part. My family was extremely pleased with the home and its convenience. The kitchen had two sinks, two ovens and was plenty large to put on big meals for everyone. We even grilled out! I would say overall I was very happy with this home minus a few minor expenses I was surprised with last minute and the DVD player not working upstairs in the living room. In the future I would let potential customers know there is cost for all sheets on every bed and cost to make all of the beds and there is an administration fee of $135.00. Thanks!

We understand your concern regarding the administrative fee, however, all charges collected on behalf of Bryant Real Estate are clearly presented in our rental agreement which we send to all guests, regardless of the booking method. Having said that, AirBnB operates slightly different than most third party booking sites, as they collect payment directly from the guest.
