Matthew’s party were amazing guests, very respectful, took great care of the home. Couldn’t ask for a better experience as a host. We would absolutely host them again!!!
This property clearly had a lot of thought and care put into it to make it a guest rental. Our group loved the added bonus of the fire pit and the wood burning sauna as well. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the entire place was impeccably clean on arrival. If you’re participating in Big Lake activities, the location is a very short driving distance to restaurants/grocery and the entrance to the Lake. It was perfect for our group of 4 during our weekend Hockey tournament.

Marisa was a great guest and took care of the home. We would host Marisa in the future!
We had an excellent stay at the Nook; a quick getaway from Anchorage to enjoy the forecasted sunny weekend at the lake. It did not disappoint. This was a beautifully decorated, perfectly sized apartment for our family of four with access to the lake for launching our stand-up paddle boards. The location is amazing with quick trips to the boat launch, the brewery, and Three Bears grocery store. The hosts were incredible and wonderfully accommodating by providing an iron and starch for our photo shoot, fresh veggies for the kids to pick, and rock painting to supplement our afternoon activities. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning next summer!!!

Camille and her family were wonderful guests!!! The property was well cared for and communication was excellent. We would gladly host Camille in the future!!!
Our stay at this rental was an absolutely fantastic experience. The hosts provided a beautiful, well-maintained space with fantastic amenities that made our stay truly memorable. We were able to kayak, enjoy a cozy swing by the fireplace, play volleyball, and take relaxing walks around the neighborhood.
The hosts were very kind and gracious, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. She even brought us homegrown vegetables as we were leaving, which was such a thoughtful gesture. She also provided blankets and other essentials for our kayaking adventure.
We highly recommend staying here!
