In the living room you will find some fun games to play like Farkle, Fact or Crap, Trivia Pursuit, and more!
Sit at the dining room table and enjoy a family meal or play a game together.
There is space in the garage for 1 vehicle and plenty of parking space in the driveway.
Both bathrooms offer a built in hair dryer


We do supply some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.
Coffee pods provided for the Keurig coffee maker


Located close to Balboa Beach, you will find a restaurant with an outdoor deck, the Marina, a walking trail and a wonderful beach to catch the sunset. There are many amenities to enjoy in Hot Springs Village including Golfing, Fishing, Swimming, Pickleball, Tennis, Hiking and a variety of restaurants.

A 20-30 minute drive takes you right in to Downtown Hot Springs. There are many exciting activities offered there, including Historic Bathhouses, Oaklawn Casino and Horse racing, shopping, music and much more!

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
