Why TerrY Petrovich` chose Western Honolulu
We were stationed in Kaneohe in the early 90s and vacationed here every other year while visiting our relatives on Island. We always wanted a beach house and this beautiful home was the perfect fit for our lifestyle - we could not let the chance go by.
What makes this House unique
This beach house is awesome and the views are breath taking. I wake up in the mornings and find it hard to get myself motivated to do anything other than enjoy the views with the small pounding waves just past our lawn. At night watching the ships traverse from Honolulu to the other islands or elsewhere around the world while the moon shines on them is mesmerizing.

Beautiful view of beach and Honolulu
Very nice home and beautiful scenery right outside the back door. The house had all the amenities you would need. I would recommend this home!
Amazing Beach Front Home
We had a wonderful time with the sounds of the ocean and just being able to walk out on the beach anytime as it is your backyard. The house was clean and very nice and comfortable. Shopping is close by and easy to get to. We had many nights of BBQ with the family. It was great for my 2 kids who were 3 and 5. They just loved the beach and water. I would stay here again and again. The best vacation we ever had and we were able to relax.
Spectacular ocean front viewes
Perfect place to stay. Steps from the water. Comfortable beds, very inviting atmosphere. Loved it!!
You won't be disappointed - best of all worlds!
TerrY & Lina's home and property was everything we hoped for and more!
One of the things we loved the most was the back yard and view. Right out the back door is a patio with a big picnic table and grill, then beyond that is about 15 yards of well-kept grass, and then the beautiful beach sand starts, and then in about 20-30 yards you can walk right into the ocean! The view out back and the sound of the ocean waves was something that is etched into our memories! The next best thing was the master bedroom and the covered porch attached. Every morning and every evening one or more of us would just sit out there and take it all in - the view, the sounds, the breeze, and beautiful weather. The beach was never too busy. It felt basically like your own private beach. There were always a few beach-goers around, but just a small handful.
As for the home itself...it was spotless, well-maintained, and had new/modern top-notch appliances. The house feels like a newly-built home. Everything you might want and all the comforts of home were there. All the beds were comfortable, all the bedrooms were great, and the master bedroom topped them all with the huge king-size sleigh bed and beautiful view out back with wall-to-wall windows from 2 different sides.
The location of the home from many of the Oahu activities is actually very good. The majority of activities/tourist spots take 25 minutess and worst case maybe 45 mins...assuming you stay away from rush hour traffic times in Honolulu. We did Dole Plantation, North Shore, Waikiki, Diamond Head, Germaine's Luau, and Koko Head. What I also appreciated was that in around 10 mins you could drive to nice grocery stores, WalMart, Target, various nice restaurants, strip malls, etc. These places all seemed new/modern and it seems that much of Ewa Beach area is that way.
TerrY & Lina also provided lots of good advice of places to visit and eat. We took their advice and were not disappointed in any of them.
If we ever get back to Oahu I would pick dates that would allow us to stay at this place again. You can have the private ocean beach feel, an immaculate place to stay, and still go to all of the Oahu activities in a short drive! Can't ask for a better mix than that!
Wonderful home on a fantastic beach!
The home was beautiful and right on the beach! TerrY and Lina were great, offering dinner recommendations and other tips for our stay. Thanks for everything!
An incredible week at Ewa Beach
TerrY and Lina's beach house is just as advertised -- immaculate and directly on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed their gracious hospitality, the beaches, the beautiful view from the upstairs porch, the well-stocked kitchen, and the use of their Big Green Egg. We are a family of six adults and one baby, and the beach house never felt crowded.
We are confident your stay with us will be nothing less than breathtaking. You should experience true Island Aloha living away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and tourists areas, yet you are centrally located about 17 miles from Honolulu airport, Pearl Harbour and the Arizona Memorial. You are twenty-two miles from the world famous North Shore and the Historic town of Haleiwa. On your way to the North Shore is the Dole Plantation where tours are offered and just past the North Shore you will be able to go to the Macadamia Nut Farm, Waimea Falls, and the Polynesian Cultural Center. It is only twenty-four miles to the entrance to Waikiki. Just 8 miles away you will find Wet’N Wild’ Water Park definitely worth spending a fun-filled day with the kids, cooling off on the water slides and rides.
A few minutes away from our beach house is the fast growing city of Kapolei with an ever expanding series of shopping centers, containing grocery stores, drug stores, dry cleaning services, movie rentals, fast food, and multiple local and ethnic restaurants for your dining pleasure. Also nearby are six golf courses, a tennis court, and a historic train ride from Ewa Beach to Kapolei and return on Sundays, which takes about 90 minutes. Just across the street from our community is the famous Ewa Beach golf Course – takes four minutes to walk there.
Just 15 minutes away is the world renowned Waikele outlet shopping center that features name brand designers such as Levis, Ralph Lauren, Villeroy and Boch, Anne Klein, Oshkosh, Polo Jeans, Vans Shoes, Mikasa, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Geoffrey Beene.
