It was easy to check in. The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements. We enjoyed the big dining room table and sitting room. There were nine in our party and we never ran out of hot water for showers, even after a long, cold day if skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!!

This condo was perfect for our party of 9 (4 adults 5 kids). East access to the local ski resorts. Very clean unit in a very nice complex with plenty of easy parking. Will stay again.

Fancy, quiet, and clean

This unit is in a shared building with a parking garage. Even though there are other units in the building, you'll never hear other people. The condo is very nice inside with huge ceilings, a highly functional kitchen, big table for games, and a master bath with a sauna a jacuzzi. This place is just all around great for the price and can VERY comfortably sleep 7 in beds without any bed-sharing. The hot tub is shared with the facility, but you'll still probably never see anybody else. Note that you do have to drive a few minutes to downhill skiing from this location.

Thank you for staying with Alpine Lodging. This is a great unit for those looking to sleep a bunch of people under one roof. Great views as it's on the top floor and has access to complex hot tub and also other Elkhorn Amenities. Underground parking is a plus. Only a few minutes drive to town and the slopes. We appreciate your feedback on this very popular condo.

Nice, but...customer service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot tub was cold. House was great! Lost the key, they charged us 85.00 for letting us in. Tried to call and talk to them about the charge, terrible customer service. They didn’t care about the hot tub temperature they said it was someone’s responsibility and they didn’t care about the charge for the key even though we found it. Overall it was good but we were dissatisfied with the customer service, and the fee for the key because we paid over 1500 to stay here. Very disappointed the hot tub was cold, we chose this place because of the hot tub and sauna. It would’ve been a perfect stay if better customer service on handling the fee and did something to fix the situation with the hot tub. We paid a lot of money for this place and we did because we wanted the amenities.

The hot tub is out of our control as it is an HOA thing and the only thing we can do is call them and let them know it was not working and let them take it from there. If you lock yourself out after hours we do charge an 85.00 fee to come from our home and let you in. This is clearly advertised on all paper work each guest signs. We do not do this for free as it is time we have to take to drive back into town and let you in.

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a good, quiet location. The place was very clean. There was no ice in the refrigerator when we arrived and the freezer had been turned off-the host sent a repairman very quickly and he wasn’t able to turn the ice maker on, but very grateful that he recognized that the freezer was turned off and turned it on so that the ice we drove to town to get didn’t melt in the middle of the night. Also, the elevator needs to be fixed so that you don’t have to climb stairs to the third floor. No screens on windows in 2 of the bedrooms so it got extremely hot at night unless you opened the windows and let the bugs in. We have been going to Sun Valley in the Summer and Winter for 40 years and always enjoy the area. Every year it seems that there are more and more people visiting and the restaurants are very crowded, but once you get away from Ketchum it is very quiet and relaxing.

Open feel condo with view

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the open feel of this condo. All bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining are on one level. Very clean. Living room couches were very comfortable. Chief complaint: all the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. There was no padding in the bedding to help. I think the mattresses are old. There was no ability to access Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. It would be nice if the TV access was updated.( living room TV is not a smart TV) The kitchen was large and had plenty of what we needed. A new toaster would be good, current one is "vintage"With the exception of the two things mentioned, it is a nice condo. The photos are accurate. The fireplaces were great. We enjoyed having gas ones, easy to use.

GREAT PLACE FOR 9-people to stay

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet all the time. We had a few small glitches, but maintenance can in under an hour and all were fixed. I’d stay there again with my family.

This condo was very spacious for family of five. It had all basic amenities . We all truly enjoyed the sauna . I do feel that the linens (example , blankets, quality of pillows) needs a refresh. And an addition of a small tv in loft would have made this perfect. That being said I would revisit this condo again.

Lovely, relaxed weekend stay

We had a great time staying at this property. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms were all great. Updated, spacious, and well stocked. The view from the balcony is very pretty. We also enjoyed that there is immediate access to the walking path that surrounds Ketchum. My only small criticism is that the bedrooms could use updating. The carpet and furnishings are a bit old, and one of the twin beds was unstable.

Very nice place.

The rental process was easy and accurately described the property and amenities. It was very clean and well maintained. We had a couple of issues that management took care of rather quickly and made things right. I would highly recommend this place.
