We own a nice home that we rent on VRBO so I notice everything when we stay in a rental and we travel a lot. This condo has been beautifully remodeled with high-end appliances and decor. Everything is organized and well-stocked with everything we needed. There aren’t any junk drawers or closets of just random accumulated stuff. The owner communicated with us and was very accommodating. There was plenty of room for our two families of five. We hope to make this an annual tradition and stay here again!

Beautiful updated condo. We had three couples and there was plenty of space for everyone. Large well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Loved the heated floors in the bathroom. Perfectly located between River Run Lodge & Ketchum.

Family Reunion

This condo was excellent for family get togethers. It was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great. The hosts were very easy to contact and they were very prompt in responding to our needs. We would definitely rent it again.

Great place, great location, and a wonderful vacation!

The condo is absolutely great! We had a wonderful vacation. The living area, bedrooms, decks, and bathrooms were very nice. The decks need furniture for the number of people this condo can accommodate. We had a few issues but Annie and Jeff took care of everything. We definitely would rent the condo again.

Great complex

This was a great place to stay for a family gathering. Having access to the garage to store bicycles was a bonus. The pool was nice and warm and close by. Not super easy access to Sun Valley or Ketchum via bike path with two pretty big hills but manageable and good exercise.

We enjoyed this condo and the amenities that went along with the condo rental. The older members of our group had a little trouble with the stairs. Annie Kaise3r of Sun Valley REalty was very helpful. She is local and assisted us with any questions we had.

Perfect Family House for Sun Valley

We had a blast. Anne was a great host. She made check in/check out super easy and was quick to respond to any and all questions. The condo looks just as good if not better in person than the photos. Great design/finishes ! The Kitchen is well stocked for cooking (spices, oil, etc). Beds were all comfortable. Hot tub across the complex was perfect for our group of 10 after buys days skiing on the mtn. Thank you Anne we had an amazing time.

Ski Vacation

We had a great time staying at your condo. The only downside was I broke my collarbone the first-day skiing and had to spend a lot of time not moving. I didn't get a chance to leave the condo as clean as I would have liked when we left. It was very close to Dollar Mountain which was great for the younger kids just learning to ski.

Great spot in Sun Valley in August

It was great to have this rental on our August visit to Sun Valley. The pool and sauna were perfect. The accessibility to tennis courts was also great. We were able to use the condo as a launch pad to bike, hike, camp and do all the wonderful things that Idaho has to offer in the summer. The condo was perfect for our family with three bedrooms and a loft (for those who wanted get up early and do puzzles without waking anyone up.) It was great for cooking with an up-to-date kitchen. Highly recommend and would be happy to return.

Fabulous Summer Family Retreat!

We had a fabulous stay! We stayed with our two young children, my brother’s family with two teens and my parents. The place had tons of room to cook meals together and all hangout comfortably. We rented bikes and were able to get to and from the lodge and Ketchum quickly and easily! The pool and hot tub is super close and was well used. Everything was as shown and Annie was quick to respond and made check-in super easy. Additionally, it was a super hot day when we arrived and Annie and her husband kindly brought over multiple fans, which worked like a charm. We would absolutely stay there again!

Not ready for prime time; non attention to details.

Third bathroom was a tiny powder room still under construction. The only toilet paper & facial tissue was open & the latter had just 3 sheets. There was no soap for face or body, just shampoo. A trip to the local supermarket was necessary to supply the basics.
