In warmer months, soak up the sunshine and mountain air from the private ground-level patio. No matter the season, this deluxe 2-bedroom condo offers stylish comfort and convenience for your stay.

Soft blue, tan, and white tones create a calming atmosphere in the great room, where a large L-shaped sofa, accent chair, and a brick fireplace invite cozy evenings in. Glass doors open to the private patio, extending your living space outdoors. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and a spacious island with seating for six. Fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware, it's perfect for casual in-home dining.

The primary bedroom offers a plush king bed and relaxing lounge chair, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds—ideal for kids or additional guests. Timberline has no elevators; luggage assistance is available upon request. There is no A/C, but floor fans keep the condo cool, and pets are not permitted. Professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association, guests are greeted at check-in by friendly front desk staff, with bell service, local shuttle rides, and limited housekeeping included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee during ski season and is free in summer. Enjoy on-site dining at The Edge Restaurant and Bar during peak seasons.

Great place to getaway!

Our family had a wonderful time at this unit in Snowmass. It had all the conforts of home: extra blankets & pillows, puzzles & games, and an AMAZING shower in the master bathroom. Loved it here!!

Perfect Party of 4

Cozy, updated, clean, and convenient. The staff were all super friendly. The restaurant was good (wish they served breakfast). It's a little up from the mall, but with the convenience of their complimentary shuttle, it's worth it. The ski-in ski-out location is handy and if you miss it, no big deal, call the shuttle, or it's just a quick 5 minute walk up from the mall. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely ski in/ski out property

The property was just as described, and the pictures were accurate. Lovely corner unit you could ski into. Daily housekeeping was a plus, as was the shuttle service. Incline ski shop on property was convenient for rentals. Short walk to the mall/restaurants.

While comfortable and well equipped, the wall insulation is very thin so for four consecutive nights we were woken up by a toddler crying up stairs in the middle of the night and then we were up at 6:45 hearing him cry again. Also the back patio is at ground level and people were constantly looking in the condo at us.

This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for $18 per day in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.
