Come getaway and relax at our Brand New Bayfront Home with Pool and Hot tub in Stone Harbor, NJ. This new house completed in 2024 and is now available to rent.

5 spacious bedrooms, each with their own full private bathroom and brand new amenities to enjoy your seashore getaway. Enjoy a 1st floor living room with fireplace and a 2nd floor living room with wet bar.
Enjoy a day relaxing on the deck or perhaps fishing in the bay, swimming, kayaking paddleboarding or boating. The docks have 2 swim ladders and we have 2 boat slips. Take a walk to enjoy the beach, park or shopping in town which is only blocks away. Ocean City, Cape May and Atlantic City are less than an hour away for a day trip getaway. So much to do.

This is a Non Smoking property inside as well as outside on our property and
No pets of any kind are allowed.

Beautiful new home on the bay in a quiet neighborhood. Great for kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming (pool or bay). And for sunsets!1 block away from seafood, pizza and food market, 4-block walk to beach. Excellent hosts!

Fantastic Bay house!

Our family has been going to Stone Harbor for our annual get together for 23 years- usually on the beach block. We decided to change it up this year and try a house on the bay side - and we hit the jackpot! Melissa was extremely attentive and made sure we were ready prior to our arrival. The house was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities we needed to cook our special meals and enjoy our time together! The special touch of having necessities like laundry detergent, toilet paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags was a plus! We rented kayaks for a few days and had no trouble launching them from the dock. A special house for a special tradition for us!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation in Stone Harbor with our teen and tween children. This house has an excellent location! Our family loved spending time on the dock on the bay swimming, floating on our raft, and taking in the beautiful sunsets. The beach is an easy walk- just a few blocks away. It was also a quick walk to the market, pizza, and seafood take-out. The house was clean and in great condition. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Bay Home Close to the Beach

We truly enjoyed our experience in Stone Harbor at this immaculately clean home with a dock and a slip on an enclosed quiet bay. The views are stunning. The sunsets are magical. The location is perfect with a brief walk to the beach and a one block walk to great pizza, crab cakes, and a quaint shop for last minute grocery type items. The center of Stone Harbor's eclectic 96th street shops is only a ten minute walk away. Idyllic to say the least! This is a fabulous property with quiet and kind neighbors a can't miss if you are looking for a wonderful vacation. Andrew and Christine

August Week in Stone Harbor

My wife and 2 teenage boys had a great time in Stone Harbor. Brian and Melissa's house is as advertised. The house was clean and had AC and ceiling fans which were nice features. We liked the location as we could walk to the beach and into town for dinner but also could enjoy the bay for swimming, fishing, crabbing, kayaking etc. We enjoyed the outdoor space to sit, relax, have a drink and dinner or to just watch people playing on the water. Brian and Melissa were always available for any questions and provided great suggestions for activities and restaurants. I would not hesitate to rent this house again.

Wonderful stay at Tranquility

We have rented this property for several years now and love it. It is a beautiful comfortable place with a wonderful deck/docks on the cove that enable us to use our kayaks, paddle boards, swim and boat. Melissa and Brian are terrific and responsive hosts. We highly recommend Tranquility for a great vacation.

Wonderful stay on the bay!

Our family stayed at this house for a week and we had a fantastic vacation. The house was very clean and well-appointed. All of the bedrooms were great size. The back deck and dock were great for the kids. We had a great time swimming and crabbing. Access to the bay is great for swimming, kayaking, etc. Location cannot be beat. The house is close to everything. Overall a wonderful house. The owners were also great to work with and were very attentive. We definitely hope to come back.

A beautifully renovated relatively small bayfront home with wonderful access to a very protected bay -- great for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, etc, with boat slips also available. Beautiful sunsets, nice helpful neighbors.

Wonderful, special bayfront property with great views, lovely house,excellent location

This is the 3rd year we have rented this property. We enjoyed every moment. The views from the deck are gorgeous.The access to the bay for kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding and sunsets is just terrific. The house is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Close to the beach and town. Melissa and Brian are great owners to rent from.

Wonderful vacation home on the bay

My family and I recently stayed at this house for a week and we had a wonderful vacation. The house was very clean and nice. All of the bedrooms were great size. The back deck is tremendous and is a great place to have a cup of coffee in the am, or some drinks at night. Access to the bay is great for swimming, kayaking, etc. Location is great, only a few mins walk to 96th st. for shopping, restaurants, etc. Overall a great house.

This is a wonderful vacation property especially if you want to be on the bay. The house is bright and comfortable. The outside deck and docks are terrific for kayaking, swimming, boating, paddle boarding and watching sunsets. We enjoyed every moment!

Wonderful shore home on the bay

This was our second week-long stay with our family of four at this lovely home. We rode bikes easily to the beach every day (just a few short blocks away) and enjoyed the bay daily as well. It's wonderful having the bay to break up the mid-day heat (as well as to enjoy in the morning and evening - great views). We pulled up crab traps with our children, fished off the dock and off the pier right around the corner, walked to the market on the corner most days, enjoyed cocktails on the deck, grilled out daily, and biked into town. The house is perfect with space to spare and the owners are incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

Terrific bay front home: beautiful views, water activities & close to the beach

This newly renovated bay front home was the perfect spot for our family of high school and college students. Everyone enjoyed spending time on the paddle board and kayak, as well as swimming and crabbing off the deck. The sunsets and views from the roomy lower deck were spectacular. The house is clean and bright and well-maintained. The location is convenient to the market and bait shop and only a few short blocks to the beach. The neighbors on the inlet were very friendly and pleasant and the inlet was busy with everyone enjoying swimming and boating.

The perfect house for both bay and beach!

Great house! Clean, bright, comfortable, well-appointed home. Super convenient to town and beach and right on the bay, which gave our little ones a nice break from the sand and hot sun. Great having the market across the street and the bait shop right around the corner. Easy walk or bike with little ones to the beach. A great vacation in the perfect shore home!

Lovely property. Great location.

Our family rented this lovely bay front home and really enjoyed our stay. The house is bright, clean and comfortable. We spent a great deal of time on the porch and lower deck which provide docks, a boat slip, plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful views -especially at sunset. We were able to bring a boat and kayaks in addition to the paddleboard and double kayak provided with the house. We made great use of the bay front location and loved the activity. The owners, Melissa and Brian, are very friendly and accessible for any questions. We highly recommend this property!
