With walls of windows and two oversized balconies, you'll enjoy panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. Whether you're lounging in the living area, cooking in the renovated open-concept kitchen, or waking up in a master suite, the ocean is always in sight.

Perfect for families or groups, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is designed for comfort and relaxation. Highlights include two master suites, a private hot tub, a guest room with cozy accommodations, and an additional air mattress in the living room. With resort-style amenities just steps away, this is a beachfront escape like no other.

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

The condo and property were clean and well maintained. The weather was a bit cool for part of our stay, so the hot tub was a bonus. The kitchen lacked a few items but we improvised. There must have been some recent storms because the beach was a little beat up. We had to trek south on the beach a little ways to avoid the rocks beneath the surface. We like the area and plan to visit again in the future.

This property is a hidden gem! It might look like an average beach resort from the street but it’s a coastal paradise inside and out. This penthouse unit was super clean, nicely updated and comfortable. The amazing location is second to none. This is so close to the ocean…no dunes area between you and the water. We highly recommend this property with its deluxe accommodations to any group. The property managers were wonderfully professional to work with and very attentive. If we’re ever headed back to the Cocoa Beach area, we’ll stay there again without hesitation. Thanks for your awesome hospitality!

The condo was exactly as advertised. Its views cannot be beat. Taylor (property manager) was proactive without being intrusive and our rental experience was ideal. We had no issues but I feel had there been any they would have been addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. It's clean, comfy and in a location that cannot be beat. We hope to return next year!

Couldn’t ask for more at this condo. Quick response to any needs! The location and condo itself are pretty tough to beat. Two balconies overlooking the water was awesome. Condo itself was very spacious. The hot tub was also a great benefit to this rental. We would love to stay again as our trip was cut a little short due to a family emergency.
