Paradise Beach Club 442 es orgullosamente propiedad de 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', el propietario más grande de alquileres de vacaciones premium frente al mar en Space Coast.

You can’t beat the ocean views! This unit offers two king bedrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen, all with a great view! The Beach was very nice, the heated pool is perfectly located at the edge of the beach, the grilling and recreation areas are easily accessible. This unit is surrounded by great restaurants, and just a short drive from the more crowded CoCoa beach and NASA tourism areas. This is a great place to bring a family.

My family had a great time at Paradise beach club. The property is clean and exactly as advertised. Great location, with a publix across the street and beach & pool steps away. Quiet location and very safe. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful!! Wonderful stay!

The condo was so nice. We woke every morning to the view of the ocean and went to bed with view of the moon over the ocean! We had no issues, with everything down to the manager being excellent. Will definitely stay again in the future.

When I first arrived on property, walking to the room, I thought this is not going to be okay. The property is old and looks it. However, I was more than surprised when I walked into the condo - that the condo itself was nicely decorated and clearly updated, and the views were amazing. Pool area very nice (could use some umbrellas though). Easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay there again. All guests were happy (I warned them to keep an open mind while walking to the condo ;-)

Fantastically Relaxing

This unit has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation. The location is quiet with grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants just minutes away. We were also able to roll out of bed and view 2 Space-X rocket launches right from the balcony!

Great Stay in Satellite Beach

We had a great stay at this condo in Satellite Beach! The unit was very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. Taylor was fantastic - super responsive and easy to work with making the whole booking process smooth. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower. Other than that, it was a great experience, and we would consider staying again.

A Wonderful place to stay right on the beach

Our stay at Paradise Beach Club was delightful. Great restaurants in the area. Plenty of activities to do. The management staff are all pleasant and fast , responding to questions. The unit #442 , that we stayed in, is beautiful, comfortable and roomy. The balconies are perfect for enjoying the Atlantic views. Our vacation was wonderful, thanks to www.stayincocoabeach.com

Beautiful beach views

We really enjoyed our week at this condo. We had a supermarket right across the street, the beach, the pool. We were able to prepare meals in the good sized kitchen and out on the grill. The only small downside was the amount of coral in the water, but with water shoes it was fine. Great spot!

I highly recommend this property. Management & maintenance were 10 star ++++ in responding to a couple minor concerns. Everything was very clean, the beds were SO comfortable and looks just like the pictures! We enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. The icing on the cake was watching 2 space X launches from our balcony. Just wow! You won't be disappointed if you book here.

Family spring break

Our first time at PBC and Satellite Beach. Great place for families with younger kids. Very quiet beach so teenagers might enjoy more hustle and bustle. The unit has been updated nicely. Older condos but the 2 we rented were updated. Directly on the beach and steps from the sand. We were shocked at spring break and very few on the beach. 15 minutes from Cocoa where it is much busier.

AMAZING VIEWS!!

We recently stayed in unit 442, we had 6 adults, 1 infant, and 2 small dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was just as the pictures show and the most amazing part by far is THE VIEW!!! You can see the ocean from almost every room! Our only issue was the very low water pressure in both showers. Zareh emailed us a few times throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, which was nice. We definitely recommend this unit, and everything including the pool and beach was just what we were looking for!

Great View; great location

This was our second time in this unit and despite COVID restrictions, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The views from two of the bedrooms look out on the beach and provide great views of the beautiful sunrises over the water. The complex is located so close to the beach that if you were any closer, you'd be in a boat! Pool was not crowded and water temp was perfect. Hot tub was a real plus and we appreciated that the owners had arranged for weekly maintenance, as we used it a lot. The complex is conveniently located to supermarket and several area restaurants and any stay must include the Thursday night rib special at Long Doggers. Emma (Property Manager) was easy to communicate with and responsive.

The unit was extremely overpriced for the condition of the unit. Furniture worn, broken and in disrepair. Hot tub was so dirty could not use for three days of a 10 day stay. They sent the pool tech 3x to clean it. Black mold in ac system and vents. Three dining room chairs are broken and could cause harm or tear clothing. There are photos of all of these issues as proof. I could go on, management was responsive but for 9k for 10 days I shouldn’t have to. The condition of this property ruined our family get away. They gave a partial refund, we are NOT asking for more, just wanted others to know before booking. THIS IS NOT A 9/10 PROPERTY

Condo was at a great location, easy to get to, all sorts of stores were within a 5 minute drive or walk across the street. The condo building is an older one, but the condo has ben renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances, plates and dishes, glasses, and utensils. The kitchen, dining, and living room all look over the ocean, it is a end unit with big windows looking north, which you can see in the picture. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with big window. The guest room with 2 queen beds didn't have a view, but it was a nice size. The other guest room had a king bed, it also had a sliding glass door that lead to a balcony which was great and another sliding glass door that had a hot tub which was blocked in on 3 sides the only view you have from the hot tub is if you look though the bedroom and out the balcony you can see the ocean. The hot tub is why we picked this unit and we used it daily. The crazy thing is I would have thought that this room would be the master bedroom, but it did not have a closet, mirror, or ensuite bathroom. If you have to go in the middle of the night you had to walk to the other side of the condo. There is enough parking, elevator, pool and a game room in the lobby of the building. It looks like it might have been a hotel at one time. I would definitely recommend this unit and will go back. We were fortunate to see a rocket launch while we were there also.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach, literally. Great views from all rooms( except one bedroom) . Two balconies- one in front , larger one off the side, with tables chairs lounger. Private hot tub off of largest bedroom, is modern and well maintained. No closet in this bedroom , but has large dresser. The area is very walkable with gym and grocery store Kitty corner across the street. Dogs are allowed on the beach early morning till noon. This beach is perfect for those who want to avoid crowds on the beach. There are no big resorts with crowds of people, just smaller condos . Can see and walk for miles and not run into a lot of people. The pool was very nice with a few of the beach,. It was the first advertised as heated pool that was actually so warm I could walk right in. . Communication with “ Happy Palm Stays” was excellent. I recommend this condo.

Eine der schönsten Wohnungen im Block mit Sicht aufs Meer von jedem Zimmer. Genial war auch die Strandausrüstung, insbesondere die Body Boards für die Kinder. Der Pool hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Sehr praktisch sind die Shops auf der anderen Strassenseite, insbesondere Publix ist sehr nützlich. Gerne wieder! Kleiner Insidertipp: Gleason Park mit Eichhörnchen und Schildkröten ganz in der Nähe

Quiet and on the Beach

This is our second year spending two weeks at this property. The place is really well maintained by professional staff who just want to make your stay a great experience. The location cannot be beat. You are directly on the beach. Satellite Beach is a very quiet town that is perfect for recharging. And best part is you can bring your dog(s).

Loved our stay

It was such a perfect spot for us. We had plenty or room and loved that we could just stay and cook in our rental. Our girls (1 and 5 year olds) loved the pool and the beach, I loved that we could walk right down from our room and the pool and beach were only a few steps away from each other. I would recommend this place abd would love to visit again!

Quiet area!

We had a group of 5 adults staying in the unit. There was more than enough room for all of us. The beach is very quiet, very few people! We saw dolphins several times from the balcony! My only complaint would be that the unit is not very stocked in the kitchen. Other than that, we LOVED it!
