We LOVE dogs, but all dogs must be approved and we are one dog household as stated in the listing and house rules. We tried to communicate since you first booked our property and asked if you were bringing a pet. You said no after many attempts to contact you. Then last minute you told me you were bringing two dogs. It was less than 24 hours before check-in and it is againt houe rules. You did not communicate what breeds they were because some breeds are not accepted by Vrbo insurance. You can’t just bring two dogs without approval. Additionally, we gave you a courtesy early check-in of two hours. We are glad that the children enjoyed the sparkling, clean salt water pool, and we hope that you enjoyed the chef’s kitchen and the spacious bedrooms.

The kitchen was great. Anything you would need was there to cook a meal or just have a snack. The table service was beautiful. The pool was fabulous! The temperature was perfect for us every time for a morning swim or night time. The water was so clear we just enjoyed sitting out by it even when not swimming. Totally relaxing.

Lovely vacation home with a beautiful screened in pool and lots of space for family to spread out and be comfortable, including three full bathrooms. Big and functional kitchen space and nicely appointed. The host was very responsive and accommodated the needs of our young child with a bumper for the bed in the kids to room - the bed was high up for climbing in but we used the soft ottoman in the room to get in and out of bed. There were some toys and games provided in the house which helped us cut down on things in the luggage. The location is on a quiet street yet very close to restaurants and shopping, and to multiple beach access points where we had no issue finding parking. The sliding door in the main living area had an upper lock overhead that gave us peace of mind for pool safety. The house was clean, comfy, and functional - the only quirk is the little steps/levels of the floor which are well marked but something to be aware of. We put the toy bin in the corner of the step in the living area to remind people to watch their steps and had no problems. AC worked well and no issues enjoying our stay!

July 4th get away

This is the second time we stayed here. The house & pool are always clean, nice quiet neighborhood close to beach and amazing restaurants. Fenced in yard for our dog. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your house.

Family vacation to the space coast

This is a great house for anyone traveling with children. We recently traveled to Florida with our baby and 3 yr old and this property has everything you could need - crib, stroller, beach amenities, and our favorite the pool and swing set. The house was very clean, the pool was the perfect temp and the hosts were absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend!

Hi Robert, thanks for staying at our lovely property! Hope the band trip was great in orlando. We are always upfront with our renters that we are .09 miles from the beach. We are beachside on our little barrier Island, close enough to be at the beach in 5 minutes, but far away for more safety of those tropical storms that occur during hurricane season. We are also so lucky to have no parking costs associated with the Indialantic beaches, including our one and only DOG beach, Canova. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting your family again in the future.

Impressive property

We were in the neighborhood for a graduation party, so a group of us stayed at the property. We found it to be very clean, well laid out, excellent kitchen facility that was extremely well stocked with pots and pans, serve ware, plenty of plates and bowls and even some spices, and parchment paper. The pool was also very nice and equally as well stocked with towels and floats.Would highly recommend the property to anyone.

Baseball Tournament Mini-Vacay

Family Vacation

The home is in a great location. It is close to the oceanfront and lots of great restaurants and shops. It could have been cleaned much better for our arrival, but overall we had a great stay.

Oasis for All

Pool temp was amazing - perfect for kids and adults. We asked if there was a crock pot; manager thought so but then went and BOUGHT one for our stay! Over and above customer service! Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach; plenty of seating and towels and linens; nicely decorated too! We hope to be back!!

Great vacation experience

Loved the house. We all had a wonderful time. Grandkids loved the pool as well as the adults. Would definitely rent again for another vacation.

Fabulous house

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to reply to any inquiries. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighbourhood was quiet, and the pool was wonderful. We had 8 ladies in our group and we had enough space to be comfortable for the full week we stayed. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Perfect for our family

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The pool and outdoor space was lovely, and the location was both convenient and peaceful. Maureen was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend

We absolutely love Florida, family, and beach life. We wanted to extend this love for people who can't yet live in Florida, but still want to come with their families, swim, surf, fish, boat and make wonderful life-time memories. We hope we give you the opportunity to feel at home in our beach house, equipped to host your family and friends and to make amazing memories. Whether it be teaching your child how to swim, or catching that big fish that you have only dreamt about. We are glad you chose our home.

The proximity of the ocean is the charm of this home. It has amazing light, and adorned with happy energy. We have an outstanding chef's kitchen, and the open floor plan invites togetherness. The oversized pool is so refreshing, with salt water and heated by solar panels. We love dogs, so approved dogs are welcomed. The yard is completely fenced in with a playset for the kiddos, and a barbecue for the cooks. We love the neighborhood it is in an established mid century modern oasis. Walking distance to Gleason park which has trails & a small pond. Publix grocery store is right around the corner, also a great pet store, shops, banks and restaurants.
