I also truly appreciate your thoughtful comment regarding the cleaning. The condo receives a thorough deep cleaning during the off-season. During our busy summer season, with guests checking out in the morning and new guests arriving that same afternoon, our cleaning team has a very limited window to completely clean, sanitize, and prepare the condo for the next family. While cleanliness is extremely important to me, occasionally some of those less obvious areas may not receive the same attention they do during our seasonal deep clean. Thank you for bringing it to my attention in such a kind and constructive way. I’m so glad it didn’t take away from your vacation, and I would be very happy to welcome you back for another stay!
