The house had everything we needed and then some. The host was very responsive. The views were breathtaking from every room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved that the property was pet friendly, it was great to have our furry friends with us. The street noise was so bad that we decided not to go in the hot tub because it would have not been relaxing. The stairs are a lot but fine, and there was trash left in the garage that was stinky. And wet towels in the washer that we discovered when we tried to wash a few items. Over all its a great place with great views as long as your okay with the road noise. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was clean.

Clean, crisp new construction with amazing views of Deer Creek Reservoir and Deer Valley ski resort. The hot tub is an added bonus!

As a couple we were super excited to stay at this VRBO for the location and views. We have stayed at several VRBO properties in Park City in the past. Unfortunately our stay wasn't all that great. Don't get me wrong! The views were amazing! However, due to the cleaniness and road noise of this property we left disappointed. Upon checking in we were unable to open the garage door with the code that was provided. The batteries for the garage door keypad were bad. Once we entered the home we could smell a bad ordor coming from the garage. This smell was due to large amounts of bagged trash that was left by the previous guests. The trash can outside was also overflowing with trash. Once inside and unloaded we went straight for the sliding doors to see these beautiful views. Unfortunately the glass doors were found not cleaned by the cleaners as there was food and hand prints all over the glass. Very disappointing. As went to utilize the hot tub. We found the hot water to be lukewarm at best. We did find the controller and did increase the heat for the next guest. As we used this home we found there to be dirty floors in the kitchen with pasta noodles along the baseboard under the sink, as well as dirty kitchen drawers with crumbs and sprinkles in them. The noise from passing vehicles on the highway was also very loud and made it fun for late evening and early morning hours. I did share my thoughts with the host and received an apology. A small refund would have been better.
