The home is clean and well laid out and located well for our needs. The host was responsive when we encountered difficulties with the lock. The neighborhood is very nice and very safe for walking.

This house was everything it promised. Great area, plenty of room, beautiful pool and the host was wonderful. Always answered our questions and made it very easy to be away from home.

We had a wonderful spring break vacation with our family at your home. We found it to be exceptionally clean with a phenomenal location close to all the shops, amenities and restaurants that we enjoyed visiting as well as a short drive to visit Marco Island for the day we would recommend your house to anyone who’s planning a vacation in Naples. Thank you for having us.

When we arrived, we had a quick check in the house was clean well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, loved the pool the grill. It was a very convenient location - close to shopping the zoo, 5th Ave, Tin city the excursion boats. The garage had plenty of sporting equipment including bicycles. We had an issue with the water Tony got back to me in 15 minutes he had the plumber there 15 minutes later. All in all we were very happy with the rental :)

House as advertised

We enjoyed the neighborhood, with basketball, tennis and pickleball courts, it kept our teenagers busy. The pool table was a lot of fun for our family. Pool deck had an area to sun next to the pool and the pool was heated and very warm. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again!

Week Stay At Briarwood

The house was clean and functional. Nice house to rent with young children. We did notice poor quality in beds, lack of pool towels, and poor communication from the host. We have been coming to this area for over ten year and enjoy the Briarwood neighborhood, however some small investments into the property such as beds and towels would go a long way.

Well maintained with great location!

We loved our stay at this house. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed shooting some pool! Tried out the neighborhood pool, pickleball and tennis courts as well which were nice to have close by. House was very clean and had a lot of space for 6 of us. We enjoyed the short drive to downtown Naples 5th Avenue several times and the location was also convenient to Marco Island for some daytime boating! Heated pool was a must this time of year as it got chilly at night. Gated entry to neigborhood was nice….just plan ahead to ensure your guests can get in. Close to Naples Zoo as well. Would stay here again for sure!

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber !
