This property was in the heart of Harbour Town, directly across from the Harbour Town Golf Links Clubhouse. It was easy to walk over to the clubhouse for dinner, and we walked to the Quarterdeck one night for dinner (at the base of the lighthouse) and that took 10 minutes at a slow, strolling pace.The bedrooms were quiet, spacious, and comfortable. The bathrooms were great, as was the kitchen. Would highly recommend!

Great vacation in a great location!

Fun was had by all with Laura’s place walkable to the Harbour Town lighthouse! The condo is on the first floor with a very nice outdoor area.

Perfect location

The location is excellent. The unit is comfortable and suited our family of 4 very well. Laura was responsive and helpful.

Family Wedding Weekend

This property is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Directly across from the Harbor Town Golf Club and Inn and a short walk to lighthouse and shops. Extremely clean and well appointed with plenty of linens and bath necessities.

Ready to return!

We enjoyed our stay at Cutter Court. Being in Sea Pines with access to so many nearby areas is great for exploring. My husband and I checked out Pinckney Island National Wildlife Rescue, Coligny beach and shops, Burkes Beach , and Fish Haul beach park. My husband loves photography and I enjoy painting. We captured some great photos! Our condo location to Harbourtown shops and restaurants was superb. Laura is an excellent host and very friendly and responsive. We hope to go back soon!

Great location

Condo is in the heart of Harbour Town and has a great view of the Seapines Golf Club. Most of the furniture in the unit looks brand new. After you add the cleaning and owner fee's, I paid just over $300 per night in what is considered the off season. I had very high expectations for this unit. I was underwhelmed to find that, although the unit had been newly renovated, several cabinet doors were broken and misalignment. Some of the bath fixtures were loose and the towel rod was not useable. I contacted the owner about the propane for the grill and she came over and got us a new tank. The owner is local and could easily keep up with these unit deficiencies but doesn't. The unit overall is fine. I think they should not be charging a premium price for a very average rental.

Heritage Classic Golf Tournament

The condo was clean and location was perfect for the tournament, but its lacking a few things. The front door lock didn't work right, we had to put the code in several times to get it to open. The ice from the refrigerator tasted funny so we had to buy ice for our drinks. The toaster did not work. The bed was not the most comfortable and there weren't any extra pillowcases for the two pillows on the bed. The most inconvenient thing I would say about this condo was the TV was all streaming so we couldn't keep up with the news in the evenings. The TV just didn't work period in the bedrooms. We paid over 900.00 a night, so I would say it is definitely not worth the price.

Kristen, I happy that villa was clean and were happy with the location during the RBC Heritage. I will be replacing the toaster and can look into the ice machine. Thank you for telling me this. Local/cable is provided on all TVs through the Hargray app on each tv. There should have been extra linens in the hall lost, and I will get with cleaning to ensure they are there for future stays. Again thank you for telling me this and hoping to make furniture stays perfect.
