During summer months, (Memorial Day - Labor Day), plan ahead and use the Sea Pines Trolley during peak times. Parking is generally easy to find during the off-season.

Paul was extremely quick to respond to questions and the entire villa was absolutely perfect. Location is ideal for the golf tournament but also for restaurants and Harbour Town events. We will definitely stay again.

Harbour Town Weekend

Harbour Town Penthouse is amazing. Very well appointed, impeccably decorated. Completely renovated. Near restaurants, shops and more. Owners were great to work with. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely stay there again

This place was amazing!

We absolutely loved this rental and the location. We stayed here over New Year’s Eve- with children- and I was worried about it being crowded and loud but even with NYE fireworks and crowds and music we all slept so well and it was so peaceful and perfect!!! Newly updated- and by far THE MOST COMFY beds I’ve ever slept in- great amenities. Perfect location with kids or without! Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely love to stay here again soon!!!

Outstanding Property!

This was an outstanding location for guys golf trip. We literally parked the car and never had to use for anything. Restaurants just below the unit with stores, shops and Harbour Town Golf Links within step.

Quick stay in Hilton Head

We spent two days here before we headed to Charleston for a wedding. We had never been to Hilton Head and the condo and location were great! Close to great food, the lighthouse and beautiful harbor. Would love to come back.

Perfect spot for a Harbor Town wedding weekend

Perfect spot for two couples to stay for a Harbor Town weeding weekend. Yacht Club and Golf Club both very short walking distance. The condo is like new and very spacious. Paul / Lynn good to communicate with. Highly recommend.

The best condo at Mariner’s Way!

We have stayed at Mariner’s Way many times because we love the location and its convenience. We were looking for a place with two king beds, since we are two couples in our mid 70s (how can that even be possible?!) so it’s just more desirable than having one bedroom with two smaller beds. This unit fit the description, and we loved the look of the pictures on VRBO. However, it was even better than we expected! It has apparently been redone, updated with the very best appliances, fairly recently, and it is just gorgeous! In some ways, I hate to post this, because I’m afraid that once everyone finds out how great it is, it will rarely be available. Just kidding, of course, but maybe not? The hosts were most helpful in every way. When we had trouble working the TV to get the Braves games, they talked me right through getting to my accounts so that I could bring up the channels that I already had. Truly this is a lovely unit, and we loved staying there!

Perfect location

Walking distance to Quarterdeck and Crazy Crab, plus Harbour Bakery for morning coffee / breakfast. We rented bikes and it was a nice ride to the Beach Club. Will rent again!

Peaceful seaside retreat

We loved our stay here! Everything is bright and new. You are in the middle of all the Harbour town activities. Don’t miss Gregg Russell concerts under the tree on Mon - Thursday. Get ice cream at the Teddy Bear shop and sit on the rocking chairs. The trolley system works great once you figure it out. We slept well here. Everything shuts down at 10, but even before that you can’t hear anything in the condo. We hope to return.

We fell in love with this property years ago given it's unique location within Sea Pines having stayed at the property as renters many times prior to owning. We believe that Mariner's Way is amongst the best locations to stay for active families while visiting Hilton Head Island / Sea Pines.
