During summer months, (Memorial Day - Labor Day), plan ahead and use the Sea Pines Trolley during peak times. Parking is generally easy to find during the off-season.

The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location next to the lighthouse. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. We always look for a place with a well-equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, and this property exceeded our expectations in both areas, helping make our stay more convenient and affordable. We had a great stay and will definitely book here again on our next trip to Sea Pines.

We loved our accommodations! Great location right in Harbor Town with easy access to golf, pool, tennis, pickleball and the Harbor Town shops and restaurants.The home was lovely, beds were super comfy, kitchen was nicely appointed, in unit laundry, two baths, and two large bedrooms. The owners were super easy to work with and communicated promptly when I had a question. The complex was very quiet despite being in the heart of Harbor Town.

The best vacation!

The property was wonderful and within walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. We loved being in the middle of everything but also able to relax. The owners were wonderful to work with and communication was great! We can’t wait to return!

We fell in love with this property years ago given it's unique location within Sea Pines having stayed at the property as renters many times prior to owning. We believe that Mariner's Way is amongst the best locations to stay for active families while visiting Hilton Head Island / Sea Pines.
