Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos no es el típico condominio de Buttes. El plano de planta se ha actualizado para ofrecer un amplio diseño abierto y aspectos destacados del trabajo de registro personalizado. Encontrará su cocina, sala y comedor, así como un baño completo y lavadora / secadora en el nivel de entrada de este condominio. Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y mucho espacio en el mostrador para preparar sus comidas. Cómodos asientos para 6 en la mesa del comedor. Balcón fuera de la sala de estar con vistas al suroeste de la zona base y las montañas circundantes. Televisor de pantalla plana grande en la sala de estar con chimenea de gas, sofá lujoso con mecedora y silla adicional para el entretenimiento. Ambas habitaciones están ubicadas en el segundo piso hasta las escaleras de registro personalizadas. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen, TV de pantalla plana y tocador privado. Se accede al baño completo, de jack y jill desde el dormitorio principal y el pasillo para uso de los huéspedes. El dormitorio de invitados también cuenta con una cama queen con un televisor de pantalla plana. Este condominio de dos niveles está ubicado en la "parte trasera" del complejo Buttes y requiere dos tramos de escaleras hacia la entrada. Se asigna estacionamiento al aire libre complejo para 2.

El servicio de traslado GRATUITO Mountain Express funciona durante todo el año para el transporte hacia y desde la ciudad de Crested Butte y las áreas circundantes. Los Buttes están a poca distancia a pie del centro de tránsito principal. El horario de verano sale cada 20 minutos; el horario de invierno sale cada 15 minutos; Temporadas de hombro cada 40 minutos.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and well-stocked, as described, had a nice view of the slopes, and was ski-in/ski-out. The parking and stairs are uncovered, so very snowy and slippery - wouldn't work for people with any mobility issues or for people who can't carry bags up and down slippery, snow-covered steep steps. Our car was stuck in the snow once we parked, but the property management company did bring us a shovel, so we were able to get our car out. We enjoyed our stay but wouldn't stay there if our elderly parents joined due to the slippery, difficult walk through the snow to get up to the property. The skiing was amazing, and we liked being near the base!

Fantastic Location but Underwhelming Amenities

I am rating this property a 4/5 because it truly was in an amazing location. It is accurately advertised as a ski-in/ski-out & that was the best feature of this property. While the location itself was amazing, the rest of the property was underwhelming & deserves 3 stars at best. I’ll start by saying that I completely understand that rentals get used & abused a bit and I do not by any means, expect perfection. A few issues I had were zero water pressure in the upstairs bathroom leaving the shower unusable. I called on a Friday and it was not rectified until Monday. Throw pillows on the couch are filthy from everyone who has ever stayed there touching them. A few are flat as pancakes. The upstairs loft wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Blankets were in a heap & two pairs of dirty socks were also next to the mattress. No cleaning supplies were available for our 8 day/7 night stay so we couldn’t wipe down counters or the table with anything but water & a dishcloth. The coffee pot carafe appears that it was replaced at some point with a brand that is not the same as the coffee maker…. So, it doesn’t sit right & the coffee doesn’t percolate into the carafe. Instead it pours out all over the counter. Dishes/pots/pans are a complete hodge podge mess of mismatched dollar store items. The microwave handle is about to fall off. There was something sticky & red on the kitchen floor that was covered up by the extremely worn kitchen mat. This place needs some TLC.

Excellent location; very nice condo

The condo is in an excellent ski in/ski out location, a few hundred yards from the base area. The property is in good shape, has some updates, and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. The property management company provides excellent service, and is immediately responsive if any issues arise. Plenty of linens, toiletries, coffee, and other necessities are provided. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and was impressed by the management company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 4 stayed a couple of nights over Thanksgiving. We appreciated the well-outfitted kitchen and efficiently designed layout. The massive mudroom allowed all of us to gear-up at the same time, and there were plenty of hooks to keep everyones items organized. The two bedrooms are cozy but not cluttered with too much furniture. The bed I slept in felt a little wobbly but the mattress was comfortable. I didn't get any complaints from our daughters who shared a bed in the other room. We'd love to stay here again.

Location is Fantastic! A true ski in/out and clean…but there are negatives.

I’m a little confused on how to rate the place we stayed at. 3 things were not working and when I addressed the situation they already knew about and there was nothing they could do. 1) we are a family of 6. When you pay over 2k for 4 days I would expect to get what I read online. The washer and dryer did not work at all while we were there and they KNEW about it ahead of time. Going snowboarding every day and using the hot tub but not being able to dry any of our towels or wash our thermals mad me very upset. Apparently a part was out the week before and they did not make me aware of this. They did not offer service else where for us to do our laundry. 2). With being on vacation it is nice to have internet…no internet at all. When I called they told me it wasn’t their issue but the area around us because there are so many people. No one else had issues (we had friends nearby). 3) the downstairs toilet was working off and on. We would have to wait a few hours before we could flush it. All these issues for the money we paid we weren’t happy at all. Laundry is the number one thing I look for when booking. It is a MUST with having 4 children. The fact they knew about a part not working and not letting us know was not right. It would have been nice to get some money back for the inconveniences. The kids were upset because there was no internet and couldn’t watch movies. My husband and I were upset because they weren’t happy. Little things like that made it not as enjoyable.

Slightly Disappointing

This is a perfect location for ski in/ski out, literally 15-20 yards from the slope. The condo is nice and clean, however we were disappointed by the dryer machine. It spins but no heat, so pretty much usless. We had to air dry the laundry all over the condo, three different days. When discovered, the issue was reported to the management and a maintenance guy showed up within 30 minutes only to state that it wasn't an easy fix (it would take a long time to get the new heating element since it had to be ordered). The dryer, along with everything else in the unit, should've been checked before our arrival and made sure it actually worked. Not one to complain about minor things, but this was a major inconvenience for me.

Too much snow!

We sure did get a ton of snow, and it made our trip so much more amazing!The Buttes is a beautiful property with great parking and easy access to the slopes. From #510, it's a few steps to the hillside, put your skis on and ride down to the lift. Skiing back in took us right up to the front door.The property is so well managed, daily snow removal from the condos' front doors! Our unit was beautiful and cozy with a nice view of the ski slope from the kitchen / living room area. Every evening, we enjoyed watching the snowcat grooming the ski slope.Checking in was easy, checking out was even easier, just left the keys on the kitchen counter, it doesn't get any better than that.Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo with all of the basics (coffee machine and coffee, towels, soaps, etc.) that were much appreciated.Easy and quick access to the bus that took us downtown Crested Butte - it's just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop from the condo.Everything was within reach, easy and enjoyable.Loved, LOVED our stay! One of the best ski vacations ever!

Wonderful Condo!!!

My family of 4 stayed here over Christmas for a week. These are very nice condos that sit high up on the mountain. There were stairs to climb but this is to be expected staying on the mountain. We absolutely loved that it was a true ski in/ski out and loved the huge mudroom with racks for jackets, gloves, etc. There was even a bench to sit down on while you put your boots on. Most condos don't have this and it was really nice feature. The condo was nicely furnished and had a log cabin feel but wasn't over the top. Kitchen was huge and had everything we needed and lots of storage space for our grocery items. Huge table was a bonus. We had great views of everyone skiing. We even got to see our kids coming down the mountain. Bedrooms were upstairs and were super quiet and comfortable. First floor and 2nd floor had vaulted ceilings which l loved. We have been coming to Crested Butte for years and this place was by far our favorite!!

Beautiful scenery

I thought the listing was accurate and the place we stayed was clean and had an amazing view of the town and mountains. Right next to the ski lifts. I would have liked the walking areas shoveled a little better and it was a beast to climb those stairs with our luggage through all the snow. Overall we had a nice visit. No skiing just relaxing!

Not as advertised

The place was fine once there, but the hot tub was not open without any notice and the walk to the unit was up several stairs, which was also not explained at all. Don’t advertise an amenity and not have it.

Spring Break Trip

What a great property! My family (spouse, 10 yr old, 7 yr old) booked this property for our Spring Break trip to Mount Crested Butte. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. The views of the slopes and mountain are unforgettable. The unit was quiet, and all neighbors were respectful given it was also Spring Break for many college students. The amenities were great. A large fridge, clean oven, TVs in every room, a bathroom with free standing shower downstairs and a Jack and Jill full bathroom upstairs. There is plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a long day on the mountain. Check-in/Check out was super easy, and the management company was very prompt with our request. It is true that there are 4-5 levels of stairs (5 stairs per level) to get to the path leading to the unit. It took some getting used to, but the payoff is worth the extra work. This unit has views that the others did not. While being a ski in/ski out unit, my family of beginner skiers found it a little difficult to ski to the unit on the first couple of days and we used the Ski Valet at the resort. On days 4 & 5, after gaining confidence and experience on the mountain, we were able to ski right in and out of the unit which was awesome! We will try to reserve this unit again for future trips to CB. 5 Stars!!!

Excellent stay

Wonderful unit and location. We would definitely book here again. Loved being able to ski in ski out. The only issue with the negative star on communication is because it was difficult to get specific information before our arrival. Plenty of instruction once we arrived. The only suggestion I would make is to bring extra towels. Especially if you plan to use the hot tub (my teenagers did).

Great vacation.

Place is awesome! Well appointed with plenty of space. 2 small things, first if you do not know how to ski the ski ‘in’ & ‘out’ can be difficult. We stayed for 18 days and the beds could use an upgrade. For as nice as the place is the beds are lacking. Overall the place is great. Would differently stay again.

Great place

My family very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, with easy access to skiing and a short walk to the bus stop that goes into town. The condo was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of pots/pans/utensils/etc. Check in was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.
