Enjoy the beautiful lake views from just about anywhere in this fabulous southwestern home or out on the back wrap around patio as you sip your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. Spacious home for your entire family to enjoy. Only minutes from Rock Canyon boat ramp. Plenty of room for all of your toys so feel free to bring your camper, boat or jet skis! New to the area? Make sure you take the short drive to visit the Riverbend Hot Springs and the Golf Course!

You and your guests will enjoy the comfortable brand new mattresses and bedding in each of the bedrooms.

Master Bedroom: King size bed and fold down futon; private bathroom; 2 way fireplace; door that opens to back patio

Bedroom 2: Twin size daybed with twin size trundle; private bathroom; fireplace

Bedroom 3: Twinsize bunkbed and Full over Full bunkbed with Twin size trundle

Bedroom 4: Full size bed; sliding door that opens to back patio

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need

Back Patio: Two large dining/lounge sets; Blackstone flat top grill; fire pit/chimineya

You will have access to the entire home and outdoor area except for garage parking and the master closet. There is plenty of outdoor parking available for several vehicles and all of your toys!

Pets of any kind are not allowed! Owners are severly allergic. If there is any evidence of pets upon your check out you will be charged a $500 deep cleaning fee!

Great place to stay with a family

House is amazing. Plenty of room for multiple families with kids. Kitchen is great and living room with fireplaces and sunrise views that are breathtaking. Close to the lake, parks, and alot of very cool out door activities too.

Golf Group

Our golf group was very comfortable in this house. We enjoyed 2 days of golf at Sierra Del Rio golf course and soaking in the mineral waters in T or C. Great fall get-a-way.

Great views of the lake!

Wish we could have stayed longer! Beautifully built home with amazing views of the lake! Clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy, even an office space if you need it. Host is warm and welcoming! Great area to visit, don’t miss a soak at Riverbend!

Wonderful Trip! Beautiful Home!

Our family trip to the lake was Wonderful! The home was beautiful, very clean, and well equipped. It suited our large group (13) well. We loved the back patio and the fantastic view of the lake and surrounding area. It was the perfect spot for moon gazing as well as dining and playing games. We would definitely recommend this lovely home!

A great getaway.

The house is absolutely beautiful and has a tremendous view of the lake. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We really liked being a little ways out for the feeling of privacy, yet close enough to quickly get into town if we needed anything. The only downside was having to leave. It would have been so nice to have been able to stay a couple more days.

We arrived on Saturday night, there was no heat, temps in the high 20's. Called co-host Sunday morning, was told it would be taken care of, still no heat when we left at the end of our stay. All nights were in the high 20's to low 30's, making for a very uncomfortable stay. Stove top and oven were not clean, did not feel comfortable enough to use them. We have friends that we visit in the area, but we would not book this property again.

Co-host went out as soon as she heard from you and lit the pilot to the heater which was out. When realizing that the boiler was not kicking on she called me and we called a plumber who could not get out until Monday morning. She then started all 3 gas fireplaces for you and updated you on the situation and asked if you needed anything else. She also followed up with you later that evening to make sure you were comfortable. Monday morning I called you several times to let you know that plumber and our co-host were on their way with no answer so I allowed entry to home. We were told the boiler system went out and needed to be completely replaced and that they could not get one in until Dec 30th. I personally tried calling you again to explain the situation myself with no answer. Co-host stated that she did get ahold of you later in the day and that you said you all were fine with just the fireplaces and that "the house got so toasty with the fireplaces that you even had to turn them off." Had you stated how "uncomfortable" you were at that point, she would have brought you the space heaters for the 2 rooms without fireplaces and we would have gladly offered or been open to other solutions such as moving you to a different nearby home free of charge. It is extremely unfortunate that our heating system went out during your stay however this was something beyond our control that we did try to rectify immediately upon finding out. I had the propane company go out and top off the tank to make sure that you all had plenty of propane to keep the fireplaces running with no interuption. I reached out to let you know this as well with no repsonse. We do everything in our power to make our guests comfortable and happy. In the future, when renting a property, if you are unhappy or have concerns please voice them during your stay and not after you've checked out.
