Our house is well equipped and tastefully decorated. The house is fully renovated.
The house is over 2100 square feet and welcomes easily two families with children.
Beach: less than 2 miles. Parking at the beach is easy and cheap;
Heated pool remodel;
Private garden;
Outdoor dining under large awning;
Outdoor sofa and long chairs (4);
BBQ (Blackstone grill);
Outside covered dining area;
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 bedrooms are en suite);
Gourmet cuisine: natural gas stove, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and wine cellar;
Kitchen equiped with basic supplies (lots and lots of spices, ketchup, oil, etc.)

Having the 3 bedrooms and located in a good location close to shops and the beach was great. The home was clean and very roomy. The host was very responsive to questions and making sure our stay was comfortable.

The house has everything you need and well equipped kitchen. The dining table seats six but has a very heavy stone top that does not seem to be a safe weight on the base. It vibrates and shakes with just a touch on the surface.

Cost, Comfort, Cleanliness. Three bedrooms, three large bathrooms (essentially one for each bedroom). Tiled , walk in showers, clean. Master bedroom large and set off from other two, provided privacy. Well equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms have doors out to pool. Nice landscaping

Family getaway!!

The property was exactly as expected, pool was clean and ready upon arrival. Loved the neighborhood close to everything we needed. Home was very clean and family friendly!

Nice Place to Stay

We booked this property for a strategic planning session for work. The three separate bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome. Wifi was good and the private pool was great. We enjoyed walking to Mom's Kitchen for breakfast/lunch. Lots of good food choices nearby.

Excellent Property and Property Manager

Our family - grandparents, kids, grandkids - had a great stay! The kitchen has all the amenities you could want and the property manager was always quick to answer and address and question or need. We’ve stayed in various rentals in the area and we loved the updated bathrooms and modern feel of this house. Thanks for a great stay!

A great stay

The house was beautiful with everything as described in the listing and a well equipped kitchen that was great for everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and the property is private and in a great neighborhood that was close to everything. We had a few minor issues when we checked in and the property manager was not only quick to respond but also resolved the situation extremely fast. Strongly recommended this property!!!

Wonderful hidden Gem

Love the family feel and the home was perfect for the 6 of us. Spotless and had everything we needed. The tropical feel in the pool area was better than imagined. The location and ease of beach access was unexpected. None of the commercial aspects of Downtown Ft. Lauderdale , but all the best that Florida offers.

Nice holiday

Though the house is not very close to the beach you can get there by car in a few minutes. The house was excellently equiped in alll terms. Also,cozy and very clean. The neighborhood is calm and you can easily access to any kind of store/ restaurants. I do recommend the place specially for big families.

Beautiful House and great location

We enjoyed the house and the location. The check in was smooth. Our only disappointment was the pool was not heated as stated and one of the reason when picked this house. The property manager did have it heated on Our last day of the booking. Overall, if the pool was heated , we would recommend the property.

BEST MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND

My family and I loved this property. We gather annually to celebrate mother’s day weekend and we must say this the the best mother’s day weekend ever. Karyne and Andre did not leave any stone unturned. They have everything a family with children may need and more. My kids were sooo elated that we stayed an extra day. Highly recommend this venue for a fun time in the sun

Best vacation!

We rented this house for 5 days. This was by far the best house we have ever rented. Clean, comfortable, very well furnished. We spent 99% of our awake time on the patio, either sipping coffee (there is even an espresso machine!), or a drink while sitting on the outdoor patio set by the pool. The kids loved the pool when we where not at the beach. Beds, linen all very comfy. We will for sure rent this house again. Lastly, renting was a breeze, getting very timely responses from the owners.

Lauderdale Vacay

This property was pretty much what we were expecting and hoping for. It’s conveniently located in a busier area yet with quiet surroundings. It was very clean and organized and nicely decorated and stocked with ample supplies. Apart from a few minor things that should be addressed like shaky round kitchen table and broken flooring transition strip leading to master bedroom we enjoyed the home without any problems. The pool area is nicely surrounded by lots of vegetation to provide more privacy. The pool maintenance person was very pleasant and kept the pool clean on his visits but it needs skimming more frequently so the skimmer on property needs to be replaced so it can be done by guests at will. The pool and patio area is nicely set up and quite spacious. Communication with the owner or property manager was not very prompt in the beginning when we needed some information but eventually did receive an answer and also found the binder with general information including wifi access. We would recommend this property to any family or group of friends wanting to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Oversold

Overall, I don’t know whether to recommend this house or not? I feel as though we were a bit oversold on what the house has to offer. The pictures make the house better than it actually is! The house was decently clean but didn’t have all the amenities that were stated…or they had them but they weren’t usable. The outdoor furniture was very dirty and we weren’t able to use it. There were pool/beach toys for kids but they were kept in an outdoor bench seat and looked very old and raggedy. They did not have any pool floats for an adult to lay on; only 3 circular tubes that we had to clean before we could even use them because they are kept on the side of the house along with old broken outdoor furniture. They had algae growing on them. We love watch movies at night and the room that had the tv had a very uncomfortable couch and chair. They did have a comfy couch in another room, but no tv. The lighting in two of the bedrooms is horrible in the evening. The ceiling fans offer a VERY dim light and just small bed side lamps. Thank goodness we packed insulated drink cups because they had NO plastic cups for the beach and pool, only glass!! The location was not bad but not great either. We Uber’d everywhere and the drives ranged from 10 minutes to 30, depending on where you were going. Traffic was heavy almost always. We were not able to walk to anywhere. We had a great time and the house was not bad, just not what we were expecting and hoping for!

Great stay!

Spent a week at this beautiful property. Clean and comfy (especially the living couch!). Pool was fantastic and the closest beach was just 7 minutes down Commercial with very easy parking during the week. Would definitely stay again!

Clean, Convenient, & Private

This house was very comfortable and cozy along with an amazingly private backyard oasis. The entire house is well stocked with almost anything you could need! The home was nicely decorated and a short drive from many beach sites and the main strip of Lauderdale by the Sea. We would absolutely stay again!

This property is located in a very quite neighborhood, close to many places, groceries, farmacy, and the beach.tThe house is very clean, it is very well maintained and equipped with everything that you need for your stay, excellent option, definitely I would recommend it.
