Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Grantham is an important junction on the railway line from London to Scotland. Grantham is the birthplace of former British prime minister Margaret Thatcher, and Sir Isaac Newton attended the King's School here. Caldicot Gardens in Grantham is in the East Midlands region of England. Set within this peaceful village, is Caldicot Gardens which offers beautiful holiday accommodation for families and friends.

Living Room: With two gas radiators, 60" Smart TV, Sky Subscription, Italian bespoke leader chairs, newly carpeted floors, French bar windows and French doors to garden.
Dining Room: Large Mable table and six chairs
Downstairs Toilet: Toilet tissues.
Kitchen: This is with a first-class torch. Cane two-seater chair & glass table to relax with a friend or two while cooking, Gas cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer, Stone floor and French doors to garden.
FIRST FLOOR
Master Bedroom: With double bed, Freeview & Sky TV, Chester Drawer, bedside drawer, Table lamp, Table fan, Rail to hang clothes and put shoes on and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 1: With double bed, Chester Drawer, bedside drawer, Table Lamp, Rail to hang clothes and put shoes on.
Bedroom 2: With single bed, bedside drawer, Table Lamp, Rail to hang clothes and put shoes on.
Bathroom: Has a bath, bath gel and body lotion, toilet, toilet tissue, central heating and laundry basket bed.
Airing Cupboard: linen and towels.
Guest access
Access to the entire house apart from one of the double rooms which has not been listed above.

Welcome pack. Video doorbell Enclosed lawn garden. Private parking for two cars. No smoking. Walking distance to Tesco express and 1.9 miles to Town Centre where toy have all Shops, Pub & Restaurants. Just so you know Miller & Carter Steakhouse is 0.2 miles away. Guess will be advise to access the property through the side gate which is next to the garage and in front of the drive. Guess will need to let themselves in as keys and instructions will be provided upon arrival
