The Property

Imagine returning home from all your desert adventures to a dreamy 5-acre estate surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. This desert escape, that we've named Chappies, offers guests a completely fenced property with the excitement of unique outdoor amenities as well as quiet relaxation in the High Desert.

Inside this chic, boho 3 bedroom, 2 bath desert dwelling, you will find everything you need for your perfect vacation getaway. The fully-loaded kitchen, complete with a reclaimed barn wood dining room table, is ideal for creating memorable meals and the essential charcuterie boards for those competitive late-night game nights with friends and family.

For even more fun, Chappies has a souped-up game room with an industrial foosball table, giant Connect 4 wall board, and a variety of board games. And for those who need to stay connected, the home has Starlink satellite internet and a dedicated workstation.

The master bedroom boasts a king size memory foam mattress, while the other two bedrooms feature queen size memory foam mattresses for a peaceful and restorative night's sleep.

This stunning property also boasts not one, but two outdoor fire pits, ideal for roasting marshmallows and enjoying cozy gatherings with your loved ones. Plus, there are utra-modern 2-person hammocks, perfect for catching a few Z's or gazing at the mesmerizing stars above. And let's not forget the large hot tub with adjoining deck, where you can luxuriate in the warm bubbles, bask in the desert sun on the comfy lounge chairs, or even practice your morning yoga routine with a view that will take your breath away. Just 4 minutes away is Gubler's Orchid Nursery, an oasis in the desert that supplies millions of orchids to local stores. Take a personal tour for just $5 per person and explore their charming gift shop where you can purchase orchids at a discounted price.

For those seeking adventure, Giant Rock, the largest freestanding boulder in North America, is only a 14-minute drive from Chappies. Once a gathering point for UFO enthusiasts in the 1950s, it now attracts rock climbers and hosts music events.

Getting Around:
Since there is no easily accessible public transportation, Uber, or Lyft available in the Joshua Tree area, you will need to plan on visiting the area by car.

Please be aware to get to Chappies after the main, paved roads, you will need to drive a little less than 1/4 mile on a dirt road. Depending on weather conditions, small/low vehicles should take caution.
