The Space:
Kindly be aware that this property is situated within a community that mandates guest registration. To ensure compliance, all necessary documentation must be submitted at least four days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a $75 late fee, which we will request from guests. This fee applies even if the booking is made within the four-day window preceding check-in.

Welcome to "The Bear Paw," a charming and cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath haven nestled within the amenity-filled Pocono Farms Country Club. This intimate house offers a warm and inviting open-concept design that seamlessly connects the dining room, kitchen, and living room. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a quaint front deck featuring both a cozy dining nook and comfortable seating areas. Indoors, a snug open floor plan unfolds, encompassing the kitchen, dining area, and living room, replete with a TV and a welcoming fireplace. The first floor also houses a full bathroom, a comfortable queen bedroom, a delightful twin bedroom, and convenient laundry facilities in the hallway. A newly added feature includes a hot tub positioned at the end of the driveway, just before entering the backyard.

Venturing upstairs, you'll discover a loft area adorned with additional seating, another TV for your entertainment, and even an air hockey table. The pièce de résistance awaits on this floor - the master king bedroom with its own private half-bath suite, providing a haven of tranquility and comfort.

Nestled within the idyllic Pocono Farms Country Club, our cozy home invites you to experience the very best of this captivating community. Here, you'll enjoy access to an array of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, outdoor basketball courts, tennis facilities, a refreshing pool, sandy beaches, a fun-filled playground, and a serene lake perfect for electric boating, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Golf enthusiasts will also find delight in the nearby golf course.

During your stay, you'll have full access to the house and all the splendid amenities of the Pocono Farms Country Club. Be sure to obtain your passes and wristbands from Member Services, conveniently located within the fitness center, and keep them with you while exploring the Pocono Farms property. For those looking to hit the greens, make a quick stop at the golf pro shop to register for a round of golf.

Rest easy knowing that six guests will receive wristbands, granting access to the pool, and children under six enjoy complimentary admission. If you desire additional pool access, it's available at just $8 per person. Access to the enchanting lake is complimentary for all six individuals. Please note that the beach and pool are open seasonally, from Memorial Day through Labor Day, ensuring that your summer adventures are covered.

Beyond our charming and snug retreat, the surrounding area beckons with an abundance of exciting activities just a stone's throw away. Your vacation headquarters places you within easy reach of a variety of major attractions, such as the Kalahari Waterpark, Camelback Ski Mountain with its Beach and Aquatopia, Pocono Raceway, the entertainment hub of Mt. Airy Casino, the retail therapy haven of Crossings Premium Outlets, the historic charm of Jim Thorpe, Big Boulder Park, the natural wonders of Bushkill Falls, and thrilling white water rafting experiences. Other Things to Note:
The driveway to the house is up hill. In wintertime we strongly recommend you have a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle.

Please be advised that we provide a starter pack of household essentials like;
paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish detergent, and if the house is equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer there's cleaning agents for those as well. We highly encourage to please bring your own supply if you are staying for more than a weekend and/or you are traveling with a large party. Once the complimentary essentials are done, guests are responsible to supply their own.

The house is equipped with cooking ware such as pots pans, plates, utensils baking dishes etc. Personal grocery items such as seasoning, flour, sugar etc. are at the responsibility of the guests.

Q. Can you check in early or check out late?

A. We won't know if this is possible until the day before check in. The reason is if we have a guest leaving the day you are arriving our team needs enough time to ensure the house is ready for your arrival. In the event they finish early we can let you in earlier. For a late check out, it will depend on if we have a booking arriving that day. One way to ensure you getting either of these options is to book the day before or the day after your desired stay . This way if you want to book Friday-Sunday but you want to arrive at 9am on Friday, if you book Thursday the house will be available for you any time after check in time on Thursday.
