Wonderful apartment

Condo was in great shape. Only request would be to add more pans for cooking. One of them is up for replacement the bigger frying pan. Overall great experience during all my stays

Beautiful Place to Stay!

We traveled with our 14-year old grandson, so a pool was important, and it was in close proximity to the condo. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. It was centrally located to Mesa attractions. We had a great stay and will be back next year!

Very nice condo

Nice condo, everything we needed was included, bring your groceries and your all set. You can park right out front, it’s right next to the pool. We were able to add an extra day at the last minute. Also so close to the mountains, if your a hiker.

Nice stay

Property is nice . Unit 2068 is located right next to one of the heated pools. The master bedroom/bath was wonderful. The guest bedroom with the TV had terrible Internet connection because you're sharing with condo next door..The kitchen was sufficient for what we needed..so overall the stay was fine.TV had issues with Internet connection.

2026 stay

For starters, this place had hardly any cook ware. We do a lot of cooking and found it difficult. We had to call Elite shortly after we arrived as things needed to be fixed; the screen door wouldn't work, the birds were trying to nest in the shade cloth on the patio and the garage was totally filthy. We had friends arrive in a pickup and they parked in the visitor's area. However we had no visitors tag. They had a note on their rig telling them to display the tag. I asked for one, never received it. I would never stay in this again or rent with Elite. I would have given a 'fair' rating but good was the

No car, no key

We stayed for an event nearby and didn’t rent a car. The facility didn’t leave a key, and without it we were unable to leave the property as all gates were locked to both entrance and exit. We ended up having to climb over the fence to get to the street and make it to our appointment. Eventually, the property manager brought us a key, but it took nearly a day. This is an essential thing to ask about if you’re not renting a car.

We had a lovely stay here. The condo is spacious and comfortably appointed. There were plenty of pool towels for the grandgirls to swim every day, and boy oh boy did they! The included washer & dryer were fabulous, we used them daily. The location was great, just a minute or two off Hwy 60 in east Mesa - so getting anywhere was totally painless. If you need a fancy coffee fix, both Starbucks and Dutch Bros are just around the corner. The only noteworthy negative I can think of is not at all the fault of the property owners - and that's the taste of the city water from the sinks. It is truly awful, and the owner-provided Britta filter container in the refrigerator doesn't help. The owner left us some water bottles at check-in, and now I know why. If you need drinking water or want to make ice cubes (they provide the trays), stock up on water at Sam's Club or Costco beforehand. Knowing this, would I stay here again when we need three beds? Absolutely YES.
