Private Luxury Retreat Estate Sized yard, Full Outdoor Kitchen & Fire Pit Lounge

I’m genuinely disappointed by this review, particularly because it does not reflect the tone or content of our text message exchanges, which show consistent appreciation and satisfaction throughout the stay; a complete contradiction to what is now being claimed. This guest & his wife were extremely difficult to accommodate, with feedback that was not only inconsistent but often contradictory. His wife would raise a concern, only for him to later say it wasn’t actually an issue. Many of their complaints were exaggerated or entirely unfounded, & I believe this review is a direct response to me finally setting boundaries around their unreasonable demands; all of which I have documented in our communications. They repeatedly complained that all of the mattresses in the house weren’t firm enough, claiming they were unsuitable due to back problems. Despite every mattress being in excellent condition, including a high-quality Tempurpedic mattress in the primary, they continued to demand solutions despite my accommodations. This was clearly an unreasonable expectation, especially given that nearly every past guest praised the comfort of the beds. Guests consistently provide positive, honest feedback because they genuinely love the house and the experience it offers. It’s unfortunate that instead of providing fair & constructive feedback, this guest chose to leave a misleading review as a result of being called out on the inconsistencies and exaggerations.
