We had so much fun staying in this home. The location was perfect and the fit was great. Loved the historical 50’s vibe of the house. I am sad I missed not going to the Shag Gallery.I would totally recommend this home if you are coming in for a visit in Palm Springs

The home was beautiful and spotless. It had everything we needed for 2 families converging from Chicago and LA. The weather wasn't the best for a few days but that didn't stop us from enjoying the hot tub and pool. The property manager was very responsive and nice. Check in was super easy. Everything was top notch. Didn't want to leave!

It would be better if heating the pool came with the rental fee. Otherwise, it's a terrific house! Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable living spaces, lovely pool and patio area. Quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful property!! We were very comfortable for 8 adults, and we had plenty of space for 3-4 additional day visitors who stopped by to enjoy an intimate private chef dinner, brunch, and pool day with bbq over the July 4th weekend. The house and furnishing were comfortable; felt very welcoming and cozy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were also very comfortable and well designed with soap, shampoo, body wash, and plenty of plush towels - the primary bathroom is exceptional! The house is filled with any amenity you need to cook, relax, and enjoy a getaway. The outdoor living area was amazing, and was comfortable a cool with fans even in the 100 degree temperatures. The pool, spa, and all the outdoor area was clean and inviting. The only small negative we experienced was that the AC struggled to cool the bedrooms; although the ceiling fans in those rooms helped, they did tend to stay quite a bit warmer than the common area of the house. There was a detailed binder with any information we needed, and everything in the house was clearly labeled. There was clear communication with the management company and the local property manager. Also very quick response from the manager to have housekeeping drop off some dishwasher pods. Overall, this was an amazing property, perfect for enjoying the weekend with a small group of friends. Highly recommended!

50th birthday girls weekend

Everything about the house and experience was perfect. The house itself is adorable and very much the Palm Springs aesthetic. Plenty of sleeping space and 3 full, well appointed baths. The tiki bar was super cute and the pool was very large and the whole outdoor space was lovely, with plenty of seating both at the pool and the covered patio. Best of all everything was immaculately clean. The communication and responsiveness of the owner and property manager was prompt and helpful. And the house was definitely walkable to downtown - we did that walk a few times and it was easy. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful vacation house

The house was very comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. The lanai together with the living room provide lovely places to gather. The view of the mountains from the backyard is beautiful. The pool, spa and putting green offer endless entertainment for kids. Eddie, the house manager, is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Amazing home in Palm Springs

Loved the outdoor living spaces. Wonderful pool and Jacuzzi!Inside the decor very mid-century modern/Hawaiian. I have never been in a rental that was so completely stocked before! Everything you could ever need is in that house! Three wonderful bathrooms, four bathrooms wonderful bedrooms! If you’re going to be in Palm Springs, this is gotta be where you stay!

Long weekend for mom's birthday

Loved the location, the setup is wonderful, and this place is stocked with ANYTHING you could possibly need. We didn't notice right away there is a door between the bedrooms and the kitchen/living area which was nice when someone wanted to sleep while others were loud. Outdoor area was absolutely fantastic - the pool, the setup, the outdoor living area all top notch. Only note - in the master bathroom there is a step-down into the shower. Unfortunately the birthday girl didn't notice it and took a tumble and ended up in the ER. She was fine, but just note if you have anyone slightly clumsy with you! Overall, would highly recommend. Felt like home away from home which is a testament to how the property is kept up and stocked. thank you!!

Girls' weekend getaway

A great location for 5 friends for an annual reunion. Two fun outdoor gathering spaces plus a large pool and spa. Well stocked kitchen. The property manager Eddie was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Excellent 4 bedroom house

This house is a welcoming and luxurious way to enjoy Palm Springs. Close to everything and a backyard/view to die for! Spent 6 nights in February on a golf trip. As the cruise director of my group I have rented many houses over the years and this one is up there as one of the very best! House was well stocked with showering essentials, coffee, fresh lemons and grapefruits to pick for cocktails, games, videos, pool towels, etc. The owner even accommodated a special request of ours. Spectacular!!

Family Trip

Awesome property in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to dining and shopping. Incredibly clean and unique place to stay. The pool and spa were delightful. The decor was cool, the home was spacious and well-equipped. The owner and property manager were very responsive. I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation in Palm Springs.

Small Town Big Personality

Myself and my two sisters rented this lovely house! It was clean, spacious in a fabulous location! Great walking neighborhood and a short drive to shops, delicious food. An excellent home for a relaxing day by the pool and jacuzzi too! Easy to access and the property manager was very attentive and a pleasure! We had the best time!

We fell in love with Palm Springs twenty years ago and purchased our dream mid-century property that we are excited to share with guests from around the world. In 2023 we completed a full update of the home and added a beautiful third bathroom. With its Mid-Century Modern architecture and historical spots frequented by the likes of Sinatra and Monroe, Palm Springs was the epitome of Hollywood style. Since the millennium, Palm Springs has once again become a center for architecture, world class dining, shopping and golf. To put it simply, there is no other place in the world like it. It has all of the attributes of a small town coupled with the amenities of an international city.

We love being able to relax by the pool during the day while enjoying the panoramic views of the San Jacinto Mountains and then take advantage of all of the restaurants and nightlife that Palm Springs has to offer. There is nothing like sipping a cold cocktail while basking in the sun and then catching the Palm Springs Tram to the top of the mountain for a snow ball fight.
