Great property over looking the ocean. Easy access to the beach and had places close to be able to go eat. The recliner was really nice to have. The deck seating was nice.

Everything was great. The condo was clean and spacious. Access to the beach was very easy. The condo came stocked with boogie boards and beach chairs as well as other beach toys, which was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo and location

This is a great condo in a awesome location. Its a 10-15 minute walk to the main street, very well kept and clean. The owners were very nice and communicated everything right before our stay. I would definitely recommend this location and this room. The overall facility is nice and clean. We had a great time and 100% would stay here again.

Great location right on the beach!

This location was exactly the way it was advertised. It was clean and spacious. Everything worked. Parking was fine. Good security. There is a company that rents chairs and umbrellas right as to you walk out on the beach with reasonable rates. Weather was perfect. Water was warm with a little undertow so be careful. The pool is half indoor, half outdoor and not very deep. They also have a kiddie pool. Only part of the pool got sunshine so we spent most of the time at the beach. Went to one restaurant - Lambert's Cafe. It was marvelous. Good food and atmosphere. However, as a result, the wait was over an hour. We will be back.

The Best Vacation Yet

We had the best vacation. The condo was amazing! Located on the 4th floor was the best view. We seen dolphins everyday of our stay. The elevators were super fast. The security guard Joe is the BEST! The condo had everything we needed from coffee maker to crab cracking utensils. They even had beach chairs and beach toys to use. Highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!

Great Property / Great Owners

We unfortunately had some issues with the keyless entry code not working upon arrival. Called the owners and got that taken care of very quickly. We had some more issues with the door lock later that were mostly our fault. The owner called a locksmith for us and got it quickly taken care of again. Top notch owners!! The condo unit itself was very nice and clean. Great views, right on the beach. We've stayed in multiple units at Island Royale through the years and this one was very nice, as nice or nicer than any other. Definitely recommend this unit- mainly because of the very nice owners and their willingness to make sure you are taken care of during your stay!

The condo was very nice! It was fully stocked with cups glasses etc! The view was absolutely amazing!! The beach was wonderful!! Jessie the security guard was very nice and helpful!! I loved everything about it and would definitely stay there again!!

The Best Gulf Shores Has To Offer!

We've stayed at this property before and will again! The proximity to the beach, shopping, food, and fun is unparalleled! Add in amazing owners and you won't beat this property! Everything you could want and ask for are available. Beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, coffee makers (Keurig and drip), dishwasher, etc., will make your stay effortless and amazing!Waking up to an ocean view in the Master Bedroom and sipping coffee every morning on the balcony will start your day off right! The gorgeous views and the fun you have will keep you coming back!

Convenient and clean

We had a wonderful time on our girls trip to Gulf Shores. The condo was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, cookware, and spices (also a plus was they have a Keurig coffee maker along with a traditional coffee pot) The beds were comfy and the views from the balcony was breathtaking. We had no clue it was Shrimp Fest so the traffic and restaurants were a little more packed than we expected but that didn't bother us any. Oh, and the security guard was the nicest man and so helpful when we needed assistance. Overall, visit was wonderful.

Our first visit to Gulf Shores was an amazing find for both of us and when we found our condo we fell in love with it and the feeling of comfort and warmth it provided. Knowing that we live and work in Texas will prevent us from enjoying the place year round we thought why not share it with others and hopefully it will give you the peace and tranquility we experience every time we visit. Here are few deciding factors we considered when making this condo our second home: The sound of the surf. The beach is right there at your fingertips!! Nine foot ceiling gives our home a roomy feel. None of that trapped in a shoe box feeling. Elegantly furnished, with everything needed for a comfortable stay Our condo is on the fourth floor. Close enough to hear the surf, but not too high to cause a nose bleed. The complex is very well equipped with an indoor/outdoor pool, exercise room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Wide roomy balcony. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Additionally, we provide services such as wireless internet access inclusive in the rental rates.
