The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please do not strip the beds, however, make sure all the personal items are removed under the beddings. Please leave the thermostat at 58 on winter time and 72 on summertime.
Trash pick up is Thursday morning. Please make sure the trash bin is at the end of the driveway. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This is our 2nd year to host Thanksgiving here. The location was perfect for us, close to grocery store and the parks for the grand kids. We are out of town but my dad lives in town. This host provided us a comfortable place to cook and eat the Thanksgiving dinner.

Cute house

Cute house with a convenient location. We had everything we needed. The listing said there was a king bed in the master, but there wasn't. Other than that, everything was good. I was surprised for a small town how many good restaurants there were. Thank you!

We went to spend the weekend and visit our grandkids. The neighborhood is quiet. The house was nice. The description said hot tub and there wasn't one. That was disappointing. But we had a very nice stay. Lots to do close by. Great location.

Perfect for what i needed

This place did exactly what i needed, a place to sleep. I traveled with my family, 2 adults and 3 teenagers and my adult son (who lives there in Cameron) stayed the nights with us. As mentioned we didn't explore the property much as most to all our time there was for sleeping. I think a pullout couch in the living room would've been great as my younger son (16, 6'4" tall) slept there, and a TV in each room would've beneficial especially for bedtime which was what our time there was.

Great house!

We were visiting family in Sanford and tgus home was perfect for our week long stay. This small 3BR/2BA home is located in a quiet neighborhood just west of US1, with easy access to that thoroughfare, as well as the local Kiwanas Park and splashpad and downtown Sanford. The open concept living area and kitchen are small, but adequately appointed. All necessary appliances available in kitchen, making meal prep easy. Seating for 6 at the dining table. Three bedrroms are nice sized, with queen beds in each. The bathroom off the hall has a full tub and the second, off the master, with a stand alone shower. Home is nicely decorated in soft colors. Parking adequate for 2 vehicles and some streetside also available. Pre-arrival communication with manager was quick and easy. We would be happy to return!
