The property overall is amazing. The backyard is a paradise for game and pool lovers. The house is very spacious with lots of great hangout spots. The hosting group is very accommodating and we’re always quick to respond to any questions or requests. I’d definitely recommend this spot.

Some minor glitches with some of the automated electronics when we arrived but the manager was very responsive and helpful, even at midnight. Had a great stay.

The property was amazing everything was in distance from old town to buffalo about a 10 min drive house was awesome comfortable and honestly even if you didn’t go any where house a lot of activities to do. My favorite part was the chipping area overall excellent house to stay!

Amazing home

We had an amazing stay! This place has everything and all 6 of our kids played non stop. It felt like home and we can’t wait to come back again!!!

The property was perfect for large groups with lots of activities. It did seem tho that it was not ready for my group. When we first got there multiple beddings had pet hair all over them. Along with this one of the fans in the bedroom was broken causing our guests to be uncomfortable. Another major issue, which we weren’t made aware until after our payment was non refundable, was that the main sliding door to the backyard was broken. The owner said they would try to get a replacement before our stay but never did. This made it very difficult to get to backyard because we had to go through one of the guests rooms which really invaded their privacy as you can imagine. Another notable issue was we were informed a few days before our stay that the AC could only go down to 72 degrees and learned when we got there that one of the thermostats were locked and would randomly get reset to 74/76 so a lot of our guests woke up sweating. They were responsive to our issues and did try to resolve some of them, but how much we paid I would have expected higher quality. If you want a property that has plenty of space for events or activities but don’t care about the quality or comfortability, this is the place for you.

Thank you, Tyler. We’re glad the home worked so well for a big group and that everyone made use of the courts, the pool, and the yard. That’s exactly what this house is built for. A few notes for anyone reading. The back slider needed a custom part, and the first one arrived broken, so we had to reorder it. We let Tyler know right away and pointed the group to the second slider just around the corner. It’s since been replaced and works perfectly. The pet hair on the bedding was fixed the same day it was reported, and when the ceiling fan started grinding we determined that it needed to be replaced and it wasn't going to arrive in time so we had a floor flange delivered the same day. On the thermostats, after the guests' departure we couldn't find any of the thermostats set according to what the guest described. And we never heard about a thermostat issue during the stay, and since we were in touch with the group on everything else, we would have sorted it within the hour had we known. We’re sorry a few things weren’t perfect, and we took every one of them seriously. We’d love to host the group again.

Arizona trip

The house is lovely and spacious, the grounds are awesome with so many options of things to do for kids and adults. The spa wasn’t working when we arrived and that was disappointing but was serviced the next morning. Good communication with Tuckedin, receptive to our needs.. Quiet desert neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants.. Laurie S
