Welcome to “Rancho Relaxo”, perfect for the ultimate family getaway. A gorgeous hacienda on 3 acres of lush desert landscape in the heart of Troon and Grayhawk! Incredible sunset and views of the McDowell Mountains and seemingly endless amenities from a lap pool with gazebo overlooking the pool for shade, large putting green equipped with putters and golf balls, above-ground spa, spacious wrap-around covered patio with smart TV and just the overall serenity from being at our home! We offer a two-car garage accessible to our guests with a third garage bay equipped with a ping pong table. Our separate casita has its own entrance, two additional bedrooms, bathroom, and a full-size pool table!

We enjoy sharing our desert lifestyle with you and have included this experience in our desert landscaping that welcomes you right as soon as you arrive to our property. As you enter through the front door you will be greeted by high ceilings and views straight into the grand living area. We've stocked the kitchen with many of the average home necessities to make your travels convenient. The home is bright and open, surrounded with windows allowing views of the incredible landscape and private compound. Huge eat in kitchen with full Bosch Appliance package. Huge primary suite with 5-piece primary bath, private patio and walk in closet. Two additional bedrooms also feature direct bathroom access. “Rancho Relaxo” allows you to experience a true desert oasis and Scottsdale Experience. We offer a starter number of toiletries and consumables to get your stay started off right. Should you want to plan, our certified concierge is here to help with what additional items that may be needed and even schedule your grocery delivery services where we shop and stock the home before you arrive!
After booking, be sure to connect with us on scheduling all activities such as day trips to Northern AZ - Sedona, Flagstaff, Show Low and Grand Canyon visits; in-house experiences like a private chef and/or massages, golf packages, horseback riding and so much more!

Not only is this the home in the heart of all the best restaurants in North Scottsdale, including Jalapeno Inferno and Eddie Merlot's which are just a few of our favorites, this home is also only 15 minutes to Walmart, 5 minutes to AJ's Fine Foods grocer and only 10 minutes to the local Walgreens so whether you need to shop for groceries in bulk or just a quick grab and go you are only minutes from everything!

Minimum age to rent is 25 and must be staying in the home! Please no parties in our home!

THIS PROPERTY IS UNDER VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• We strongly suggest purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE as we follow a strict cancellation policy! By booking with us you accept these terms.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• No mailbox access will be granted
• Absolutely no packages will be excepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/Fedex/Amazon at their own discretion as PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and not responsible for packages. Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender.
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
• Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home.

NO PETS ALLOWED
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomesAZ approval you may be subject to a fine.
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomesAZ.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We recommend renting a fleet car, but Uber & Lyft may be accessible in our area.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.
• ***RENTAL CONTRACT:
A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
