About this property

Apartment of 2/4, ground floor, situated in the Iberostate condominium, within the luxurious 5 star Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, facing the Atlantic Ocean, next to paradisiacal beaches and near the Village of Praia do Forte.

The condominium works independently, has own club with children's pool and with semi-Olympic streak, barbecue, frezzer, ice machine, kiosks with sun loungers, playground as well as fitness center, soccer field, tennis court and court squash It also has bike path, ecovia and private beach to the shareholders and tenants with bar.

The apartment of 100 m2 has two bedrooms, one en suite with luxury Queen bed and the other bedroom with luxury double bed and sofa bed, both with bed and full bath layette. Rooms are air-conditioned (air conditioning). The kitchen is American style, but large and fully equipped with utensils and new appliances; the porch and garden have privileged overlooking a beautiful private condominium lake.

Even though it is not a condominium, the tenant can use the Pay-Per-Use system, in which you can use the services like: recreation area, Spa Sensation (sauna, massage, whirlpool), Cleaning Service, Quadra Tennis and Golf Club (with private lessons and cart rental).
In the Day Use system (9am to 6pm), you will be able to enjoy for the proposed period of infrastructure 5 stars of the Iberostar (except rooms): breakfast buffets, lunch and snack; bars, activities with entertainers, bingo, snooker, beach volleyball, ping-pong, aerobics, dance, football, water toys and hotel pools (pay directly at the hotel reception).

Excelente estadia

Havia uma grande preocupação quanto à tranquilidade do local (música alta, tumulto de pessoas), mas a tranquilidade e a paisagem existentes superaram as expectativas. Sentimos e uma paz enorme, exatamente o que queríamos. Tudo muito tranquilo e a anfitriã Aline entendeu a nossa preocupação com o COVID e providenciou a higienização de todo o imóvel, além de disponibilizar álcool 70º e produtos de limpeza, tendo sido sempre muito atenciosa durante toda a nossa estadia.
