Private Paradise with Pool & Spa
Drive through the front gate and across a bridge to relax with the whole family at this peaceful, sunny, private paradise on a half-acre lot with a secluded yard with a pool, spa and basketball court.
The house is in the San Fernando Valley, approximately 20 miles from LAX. It can take 45-60 minutes to get there, depending on Traffic It is located 20 minutes from Universal Studios, Beverly Hills and Hollywood and approximately 30 minutes from Venice Beach.
The second bathroom is a full bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet, but it is small.
The spa heats up in about 30 minutes.
The pool is not currently heated. Guests can heat the pool for an additional fee depending on time of year and length of stay. If interested, please inquire.
The house is on a septic system, so please be gentle. Only toilet paper in the toilets. No wipes, feminine hygiene products, tissues, etc.
There is limited cell signal at the house. Please make sure to turn on “WiFi Calling” on your phone.
