Surfside Beach

Great property at a great location. Easy beach access. Perfect location for gathering of family and friends. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

Great House

This house was perfect for our family of 12! It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The kids enjoyed the pool after a day on the beach. And we loved that the house is a stones throw from the ocean and right next to to the pier and 5-6 restaurants! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great stay at Lady Luck!

Our stay at Lady Luck was amazing. The proximity to the beach and the Surfside pier and bars and restaurants couldn’t have been more of a luxury and the management team was super responsive and helpful. A couple minor inconveniences popped up and they had maintenance there almost instantly to resolve them and followed up multiple times to make sure everything was good afterwards. A definite recommendation for anyone going to Surfside and not looking to go very far from their property for the week!Hope to rebook again for the future!
The beach being 100 yards away is an awesome luxury at Lady Luck!
The private swimming pool at Lady Luck was a nice relaxation spot after a hot day at the beach.

Family Fun

We had a great family vacation at Lady Luck. Had 2 small issues with appliances, the host responded immediately and both were fixed within about 12 hours of being notified. The accommodations were great and the service and communication were outstanding.

NOT Newly Renovated

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unimpressed. The house has new countertops. That appears to be the end of the renovations. There was a pathetic patch that was easily 5 inches wide in the tub. Everything was dirty - sheets, comforters, floors, etc.. Many damages throughout. Reported to management immediately and was not addressed during stay as promised.

Location, Location, Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had our family of 10 adults stay here for a week it was a good size for us. . The location was perfect! You could walk everywhere and getting to the beach access was easy! We did find that if you want to park your golf cart near the beach access it costs $15 a day at the pier parking and only $10 a day one block away at the other access which was just as close. Lady Luck is well designed and the rooms were all a good size! We enjoyed having the laundry room on the second floor near most of the bedrooms. One thing we found to be a challenge was there was no ice maker in the fridge. We had to buy ice every day but it was manageable. We cooked quite a few meals there and although it had most things you needed, the pans were well worn. These things were small things! Overall the house was great and we loved the pool! I would recommend it! Bask Away was a great company to work with and we will rent with them again next year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our week stay here. This was our first time along the eastern coast for a beach trip and I don’t know that we will ever go anywhere else. The sand is absolutely fleshless and the ocean temperature was more comfortable than we anticipated for early June. Bask away was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The house was absolutely perfect for our group. Steps away from the beach which was beyond helpful as we had a 2 year old and 3 year old. There were 10 of us total (7 adults and 3 kids) and the house fit us all so well. We hope to use this house and this beach again soon.
