Our 4 bedroom home is directly on the ocean & provides families with a peaceful and private beach retreat with its stunning ocean views and soothing coastal colors and interior design. The Lucky Duck has multiple seating areas throughout the home which allows members of your group to spend time together & also have the option to relax on their own.

This elevated two-story home offers a PRIVATE saltwater pool which can be heated for an addiniontal fee* with ample lounging areas both in and out of the sun. The pool itself is covered from above providing respite from the summer sun while ample lounge space extending beyond the pool allows you the freedom to choose whether or not you catch some rays. Parents can relax and work on that gorgeous summer tan while not having to worry about the little ones getting a sunburn. Even a rainy day won't be able to keep you away!

With amazing views from almost everywhere in the home, you are sure to feel that sweet coastal vibe. Whether you are lounging on the sundeck, laying in your bed, or eating a meal with your loved ones, the sights and sounds of the ocean waves will be right there. We offer a fully-stocked kitchen so you can cook all your meals if you so choose. We also provide all necessary linens and basic toiletries so you don't need to take up extra space in your luggage.

You're toughest decision of the day will be whether to frolic on the beach with the kids, watch the waves come ashore from the sun deck, read a good book near the ocean, or lounge all day by the pool. This is the type of beach house that you will want your kids and family to experience and make memories in together every year.

**pool heating is available for an additional fee March through October. We cannot heat the pool November through February. You must contact the host in advance to enable this feature.

**MINIMUM STAY DURING PEAK SEASON IS 7 DAYS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY**

You have private access to all areas of the home with the exception of the locked owners closets.

Please note that there are no elevators and the living area begins on the second story. You must climb stairs to enter the home.

**BUNKBEDS in the kids room include 4 single beds (s sets of one on one stacked). All linens are provided for each, however the bunkbeds are not prepared in advance. If utilizing the bunkbeds you will need to make those beds upon arrival. All other beds are fully prepared in advance.
