We spent so much time watching sunsets on the patio. Every night was beautiful. I appreciate the space and the distance to the ocean. It’s a bummer the storms came thru right before we came but happy to come back again! We loved Tower39 for the views too. Great stay and perfect location to walk everywhere!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the property's fantastic location near downtown and the beach. The living room balcony was a great spot to relax, and the rental was well-stocked for our needs. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The dishwasher was broken, and we were disappointed when the property manager blamed us for not reporting it sooner. Additionally, the interior smelled a bit musty, and we had to troubleshoot a leak detection alarm that management dismissed as a common glitch. While the stay was good overall, addressing a few small items would greatly improve the experience.

This is the third time we have stayed at this beach house, and each time it is incredible! Walking distance to everything, the home is beautiful, clean, and will definitely stay there again

The condo and the views were just spectacular. Cool ocean breezes on the patio and walking distance to just about everything. Property manager Cheryl was super helpful. Can't wait to visit again.

Great Place & Location

We really enjoyed out stay. The location is nearly on the beach which makes it easy to walk down with your beach gear every day. It is also a short walk to the Village which has lots of shops and restaurants. We would book this place again.

Close to the beach

The property was close to the beach. It was only about a 10 minute walk to Carlsbad village, which was nice. Conveniently located and clean.

Beautiful Condo

Very nice, clean, roomy, comfortable, well stocked. Beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much and the family members we came to visit kept wanting to come visit US!

It was very relaxing for us to stay next to the beach. Had some noisy neighbors above but overall not bad.

Well done vacation home

The home was very nice and clean. The deck and grill are amazing. The road out front can be noisy so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Easy check in and the PM does a great job.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay in Carlsbad! Carlsbad Boulevard certainly can be busy during the day as it is a popular means of access to the beach. However, many of our guests enjoy the activity! Not only do you have a panoramic view of the ocean with dolphins and an occasional whale, but you can people watch as well! At night there is little, if any, traffic on the Carlsbad Blvd. and it is very quiet. Thank you for your comments and we look forward to seeing you again.

Beach view and short walk to village

Easy check in. Garage parking and elevator make it so easy to unload and load. Short walk to restaurants and shops. Right across the street to beach access. Love Carlsbad! Truly perfect for a family vacation.

Great place to enjoy CA

The condo is all about location-location- location! Close to beach- great porch sunsets! Easy access for walk to beach- ample supply of beach items. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Close to excellent dining. Super location to zip up and down the coast to visit other sites! Can’t wait to return!

Ocean front view. Easy elevator access from garage. Well equipped kitchen. Needs some interior paint refreshment. Only 2 blocks to downtown Carlsbad. Great nearby dining options.
